Awful, avoid if a family or want a nice relaxing holiday
Do not stay here, unless you are on a hen or stag do. Awful place..and do not book through easyjet. Easyjet will not help if you have any issues. Avoid at all costs. Also do not accept the room if you are put in prison block 1 above the chinese. Unless you like being kept awake all night from the noise. The rooms are dangerous, a socket on the wall was loose and live wires next to my sons bed. There is only one main pool on offer, unless they put you in block 18 which is supposed to be a family block with exclusive access to the pool for block 18. However the hotel just make the rules up as they go along and basically let everyone who complains about the main pool access to block 18 pool. Block 18 pool is nice, but if you do not havd a room there, there is no toilet facilities or a bar at this pool. The main pool has an expensive bar, and just full of rowdy groups. So no good with a family and young kids. The staff do very little to help. And we begged easyjet to move us to a different hotel. But they would only do that if we pay extra. The kids play areas are a joke, basically a swing and a plastic slide. The slide is loose and detached from the frame, plus the area is full of bird and cat poo. There is no entertainment on offer. They say you can use the adjoining hotel bar for entertainment, but you are not welcome with children. Was offered drugs everytime we left our room, as the road going through past all the apartment blocks is open for any public to drive through , so cars just stop and offer. This place should just ge exclusively for stage and hen groups , if you dont mind a basic room, an expensive bar, a rowdy pool and close to the strip. They should not except families here
Don’t believe all reviews
I read all the reviews and was worried when I booked for a group of 14. We stayed in 2x 3 bedroom apartments. It was perfect for us all. Clean and spacious.
The reviews about the lifeguard are true very strict but it’s good as it means everyone can relax and there is nobody being rowdy.
I’d highly recommend but probably not with kids due to its being lively at night.
My own fault would be checking out I left a key in the apartment and charged me 10 euro
All in all I couldn’t fault the place, for its cost and situation is perfect

Lifeguard/security
⭐️ Very disappointing experience – serious concerns about lifeguard/security
Unfortunately, our experience with the lifeguard/security staff at this hotel was extremely upsetting and disappointing.
The behaviour of one particular member of staff towards our group of women was, in our experience, very aggressive, intimidating and completely inappropriate. We were particularly concerned that he was taking photographs and videos of us, and that he put his hands into our bags. This behaviour made us feel extremely uncomfortable and intimidated.
What made the situation even more concerning was that, as we were leaving, another group of women were making complaints about the same member of staff. Having since read other reviews mentioning similar experiences, it raises serious questions about whether this is an ongoing issue that the hotel needs to address.
We have contacted the hotel and requested that they carry out a full investigation into what happened. We also have video evidence relating to the incident and expect our concerns to be taken seriously.
Guests should be able to enjoy their holiday and feel safe and respected, regardless of whether they are part of a group of women or any other group. The way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable from our perspective.
Very disappointed with the hotel and, in particular, the conduct of this member of staff. I sincerely hope management investigates this properly and takes appropriate action.
Pool area rules and regulations
The pool area has very strict rules and regulations that are not made clear before booking, no music, no splashing, no inflatables, no ball games.
Bizarre pool security
Amazing trip, but sadly we wouldn’t return
We stayed here as a group of six women for a short girls’ trip and, overall, had an amazing time.. largely thanks to the beautiful weather and the company!

Unfortunately, there were two things that really let the experience down.
Firstly, we had items go missing from our room. We reported this to the hotel, but were extremely disappointed by the lack of concern or response. When you’re staying somewhere and something goes missing from your room, you expect it to be taken seriously, and unfortunately we didn’t feel that was the case.
Secondly, and by far the biggest issue, were the security staff around the pool. As mentioned in numerous other reviews, the behaviour of some of the security team is completely unnecessary and, at times, incredibly uncomfortable. One member of staff in particular seemed to be on a serious power trip and was constantly watching and hounding people around the pool, despite everyone behaving safely and respectfully.
We are six Mums in our late 30s who had come away for a few days to relax. Instead, we felt like we were being watched like hawks. It completely changes the atmosphere when you’re constantly wondering whether you’re going to be approached or reprimanded for something when you haven’t actually done anything wrong.
What is particularly frustrating is that this appears to be a recurring issue raised by other guests, yet it doesn’t seem to be being addressed. The behaviour of one particular security member really has to be seen to be believed.
It’s such a shame because the hotel itself has so much going for it. We genuinely had a fantastic trip, but that was because of the weather, the location and the people we were with — not because of the way we were treated by certain members of staff.
Unfortunately, despite the positives, we wouldn’t return. When you go away to relax, you shouldn’t leave feeling like you’ve been under surveillance for the duration of your holiday.
