The elegant rooms are equipped with all the electrical appliances required for a comfortable stay, and some have access to a porch or balcony overlooking the green gardens of the Falésia Porto Bay.

Awful dark cold room
Location was good nice restaurant and bars Very quiet more older generation Room was awful was in the shade 24 /7 which made the room very dark and cold spoilt the holiday Not worth the money we paid a lot for this hotel it wasn’t that great

Pretty good overall for a 4 star hotel ⭐️
We travelled with a 5 year old, the hotel is child friendly but there isn't proper childcare - the only thing we found was a morning event on Wednesday.

The Italian restaurant downstairs is nice. We did not enjoy the evening buffet, for €34 the quality wasn’t great so we only went once
The view from our room was amazing, pool very good as well. The breakfast is great.
We didn’t get on to walking down to the bars at the waterfront near the beach fast enough! but it’s very quick walk and loads of options there

Beautiful Location, Excellent Service, and a Wonderful Overall Experience
We (had a wonderful stay at PortoBay Falésia and would happily return.
The clientele was a pleasant mix of younger and older guests. Unlike many holiday resorts, the atmosphere was calm, relaxed, and sophisticated, making it an excellent choice for those seeking a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
While some areas of the hotel, particularly the rooms, are beginning to show their age, everything was very clean, well maintained, and perfectly comfortable. Renovations are reportedly planned, but even in its current state this did not detract from our overall experience.
The location is outstanding. Perched directly above the cliffs, the hotel offers breathtaking sea views, numerous viewpoints, and beautifully landscaped outdoor areas with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the scenery.
What truly stands out is the staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, helpful, professional, and always willing to assist with a genuine smile.
The hotel offers something for everyone: a beautiful pool area, spa and indoor pools, several restaurants, access to the neighboring PortoBay hotel and its facilities, tennis courts with an excellent professional coach, a padel court, and direct access to a fantastic beach via a network of picturesque wooden stairways integrated into the cliffs.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options and plenty of fresh products. We also very much enjoyed the restaurants, where both the food quality and atmosphere were consistently very good.
Overall, a fantastic hotel in a stunning location, with excellent service and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended.

great experience, great tennis coach, I'll be back
My wife and I spent seven days at the hotel and had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was calm at night, and the facilities were comfortable and well maintained.
The location is excellent, close to the beach and with very nice areas for walking, as well as convenient parking. As a tennis fan, I particularly enjoyed the tennis facilities and the excellent coaching from Susan, who helped me improve my game during our stay.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, and I definitely recommend choosing a sea-view room—the view is beautiful. Breakfast offers a good and complete selection, although there is still some room for improvement. The restaurant also provides a good variety of options in the evenings, complemented by enjoyable live music on many nights.
Overall, a very pleasant experience, and I would happily return.
