Also, guests can hire a bicycle, enjoy Internet access and room and laundry services. The elegant rooms are equipped with all the electrical appliances required for a comfortable stay, and some have access to a porch or balcony overlooking the green gardens of the Falésia Porto Bay.

Fantastic hotel
Wonderful stay and didn’t want to leave. The hotel services are great. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Very clean and well maintained. The food was excellent, especially at The Brasílica. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Top location, incredibly well managed
Probably the best located hotel near Falesia beach. Really cool that Portobay Blue Ocean and Portobay Falesia are connected and guests have free access to all facilities from both hotels- it’s an amazing deal, 3.indoor pools, each with different warmth of water, two spas, 3 large outside pools and so much more.

Enjoyed 9 wonderful nights at the hotel. The staff is friendly, the food is very good and the vibe is relaxing at the resort. Clean and nice pool area with a lot of sun beds and an amazing view. Just a short walk to the beach

Perfect for us!
We found this hotel to be a very relaxing place to stay. It is conveniently located close to a very beautiful beach, it should be noted that there are lots of steps from the beach, not a problem for us but if you are unsteady on your feet it is a consideration and you should ask the hotel about alternative routes to the beach. Overall, we had our most relaxing holiday ever. Thank you to all the team at PortoBay Falesia!
A big let down
Unfortunately, our experience with the pool area was very disappointing. The cleanliness was completely unacceptable. There was bird droppings on the poolside floor and even on the sunbeds, which clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. Pine needles and other debris were left scattered around instead of being swept away. The pool surround felt unhygienic and poorly maintained.
What was most concerning was that all of this dirt and debris was being blown or washed into the swimming pool, creating a potential health risk for guests. A swimming pool should be kept to a high standard of hygiene, but this was far from the case. The lack of basic cleaning and maintenance made it difficult to relax or enjoy the facilities.
I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness of the pool area, as it does not currently meet the standard guests should expect.
