Avoid!!
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff at reception are very rude, spoke in portuguese about me while I was addressing my concerns regarding a large fee that was required for deposit on arrival. However it wasn't stated that this large deposit was required prior to booking! When I communicated back in Portuguese, staff were very embarrassed that i had understood there full conversation about me! Following on from that it was brought to my attention that if any towels was used and not clean enough to there standards there would be a €100 fee for each towel, an absolute disgrace. Pool bar staff very rude, argumentative and inclined to get your order wrong due to the language barrier. Rooms are very out dated, shower runs cold water, some of the plugs don't work! Even when brought to receptionist attention nothing was done about it!
The cleaning staff were very polite and friendly and the rooms were always clean. Hotel is in a good location and walking distance to shop, beach, restaurants etc.

First time in Portugal 🇵🇹, it was family holiday. Reason I am giving 4 stars bath room is bit outdated, pool area is really nice 👍🏻 very good location to go every where. Overall good experience. Recommended!

Not a relaxing holiday at all!
I would not recommend this hotel to any family’s or anyone wanting a relaxing hotel. The music from the pool was blaring all day. It is full of hen do and stag do and nobody monitoring noise at night we were woken up by constant banging. We are in our 30’s and enjoy a drink ourselves but this was next level!! I had to ask for clean towels everyday. The water in the shower was cold. Hotel staff not very helpful. The room itself was nice clean and modern. Great for people looking to party day and night not so great for anyone else.

Great hotel but not for families or couples
The hotel itself was lovely however in my opinion it's not for couples or families. The hotel was full of young people in large groups, never any trouble around the pool area that we saw but during the night it was noisy with them coming and going drunk, shouting and slamming doors. We stayed for 4 nights and the fire alarm went off twice in that time, once at 11pm and another time about 4am. It could just be like that due to the time of year though. Our room was a really good size, had everything we needed. The mini golf was great and I loved the slushies from the pool bar, the melon flavour was delicious, good service in there too. I did find the hotel a bit of a walk from everything but the area was nice and we enjoyed our time there.
