Great place to stay for all
Had an amazing 4 day break here with my husband and 18 year old daughter 9 year old son . Lovely clean place , check in was very friendly . Our room was big and we had two balconies. Rooms alittle dated but no issue . The restaurant by pool was great we didn’t have one bad meal here , breakfast was lovely , club sandwich massive .. and my son and daughter loved the crepes also massive .. staff so friendly here especially Miguel . Prices reasonable. Also plenty of restaurants near by area Guests do queue for beds around pool from 8am ready for 8.30am open when we were There , and lots of beds were taken on our last two days by 8.35am . The sun loungers around the pool some start of in shade etc , we witnessed one family put towels in sun loungers in morning on different beds around the pool so they had sun loungers when there loungers went in shade . Meaning the beds were empty for a few hours before being used . I don’t think enough sun lounges for size of hotel and I bet it’s super busy in earlier months . We didn’t use indoor pool as weather was lovely but it looked lovely if you do wish to use , swim caps must be worn . Family’s , groups and couples were all here during in stay . Overall we had a great stay and would return .

Worth th r visit
Nice spot quiet and peaceful, there are restaurants in the area and a nice walk to beach. Hotel itself was ok. I stayed in a room without balcony. The room itself was ok. The layout not great. Two chairs a table bed tv and kitchen. You can only watch thr telly if you're sitting on the r chairs which are not the most comfortable. But if u go on holiday yo watch telly, stay at home. There is 3 pools all small but nice, thr main pool has a bar and restaurant beside it ,which closes at 6.30pm. Evening entertainment in the bar at main building is ok but no food served. Staff very good and friendly any problems I had were sorted immediately.

We recently went here on the 28th September 2026 for 10 nights. When we arrived we were greeted by Paula on reception. Lovely lady with a fantastic smile on her face all the time. She welcomed us, gave us our room card and said if there's anything she could do just to ask. We were in the second block which you have to use you're card to get into which made you feel safe and secure, not that we ever for one minute felt any other than that. Our room was on the second floor. Very spacious, extremely clean and beds were comfy. The pool areas were clean, pool itself was also clean, we never used the indoor pool but from the downstairs bar ( where the pool table was) also looked very clean. The pool side bar was very reasonably priced and staff also happy and very friendly. The location of the hotel, especially for us was ideal. There's a supermarket just a few minutes away and a bigger one 5 or so minutes away. Both reasonably priced. There's a bus stop outside the hotel otherwise main road which we used to go to Vilamoura,it's a harbour town, not much there but definitely worth a visit. We used Uber to go to the old town, very reliable and they pull up and drop you right outside of reception. New town is about 3/4 of a hours walk whi h we did on a few occasions but obviously you also have a choice of a small taxi ride. If you go to the bottom of the car park and turn right you will see a post office and postboxes just a few mins walk. If you carry onto the end of the road , about 10minuets walk, you will come across a beach ( just walk down the steps to access it) All in all , we really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be returning. Just want to give Jacqueline a shout out has she was also a lovely lady, so be nice to all the staff , I just can't understand people not even saying hi to the staff ( which we witnessed )it's just nice, being nice. Also a massive thank you to our house keeper who made our room smell lovely and re making our beds evey day for when we got back for our days outing. On leaving we were told the hotel is getting an upgrade overthenext year or so. Until next time thank you Oceanus

Brilliant family holiday
Just back from 6 nights at this hotel, 2 adults & twin girls aged 14. Had a lovely stay, all the staff we encountered were very friendly. Great big apartments, could easily self cater as big supermarket close by! We went b&b, although not a massive choice, there was enough to cater for all tastes. Towels and bedding changed frequently. Brilliant location to enjoy Olhos d'Agua. Our first visit and we would definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful time xx

So-so
Lovely room and extra large patio with sea view. Small poor quality and well used pillows. The bathroom is a health and safety issue in itself. Be careful when getting off the loo or you'll face-plant the wall. Mattresses very hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast adequate.
