Excellent family stay at Oceanus
We had an absolutely brilliant time at Oceanus. A lovely calm hotel in a superb village location, with plenty of amenities at the hotel and nearby. The staff were all fantastic for our entire stay, we cannot praise the whole team enough. A perfect pool and excellent accommodation, we were sad to have to leave and say goodbye to whole hotel team. Highly recommended. 10/10!
Air conditioning
Spent a week here bed and breakfast. The breakfast was very good, hot food enough of choice. The staff kept tables cleared and everywhere spotless. The only problem we had was the air conditioning in the apartments which is totally unacceptable. We did report it and were told at reception it was the heatwave! Is that not the idea of air con ? They did say they would get someone to look at it but it made no difference whatsoever! The reception area is so cold that some of the staff wear jackets. The apartment should be the same and be able to be independently controlled to desired settings not one temperature fits all. No complaints other than the air conditioning which was a big problem.

Another enjoyable stay at Oceanjs
Another lovely stay at Oceanus. We find it offers value for money for a cheeky week away. Oceanus is well situated with lots pf reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance. Staff are friendly and accommodating and the apartments are spotlessly clean and tidy. Couldn't fault it. Olhos d'agua is an idyllic spot and Ocenaus is perfectly situated here whilst being a short taxis ride to Vilampura or Albuferia pld town.
Wonderful Oceanus!
Just returned from a 10 nights stay at the Oceanus hotel in Olhos. What a fantastic place! The hotel is in a prime location with beaches, supermarkets and restaurants all within walking distance. The hotel has excellent facilities including a heated indoor pool ,outdoor pool areas, a bar, a gym and a snack bar serving breakfast and lunch. The Hotel staff are excellent and special mention to Paula at reception for professional friendly service and also to the workers who maintain the interior and exterior of the hotel in clean condition every single day. The rooms are larger than usual with air conditioning throughout. We had a terrace and the sun loungers are the best we’ve ever had in a family hotel - fully supportive and still reasonably new. We will definitely book the Oceanus on our next family trip to Olhos.

Much better than we had hoped for, well done Oceanus.
Just returned from a fabulous week at the Oceanus. I was there amongst a group of 8 friends. This was our first trip at this location, and some of us had read a few negative reviews beforehand, so we were not sure of what to expect once we arrived. We really need not have worried, from the very first moment we got there, we were treated so kindly and professionally by all of the staff, they were absolutely brilliant throughout. Special mentions to Miguel, Filipe, Iligio and Maria from the catering side of things, they were just so friendly and went out of their way on so many occasions just to be helpful. About the hotel though, the rooms were bigger than expected, immaculately clean and equipped with everything you could hope for, the cleaning standards were high with frequent visits for new towels etc. our stay included breakfast, which we all thought was laid out very nicely each day. there was plenty on offer too, with a full range of cooked, hams, eggs, cheeses, pastries, cereals, fruit juices and even cakes. Overall, we had a great experience there, a massive thank you to all of the very friendly staff at The Oceanus for making our stay such a pleasant one.
