Natura Algarve Club

I've stayed at Natura 6 or 7 times before either with my husband or on one occasion with my adult daughter. This time I was travelling alone and felt Natura would be the perfect spot for my first solo holiday. From the moment I arrived til I left I was more than happy with my decision. As always the staff were welcoming and friendly. I had requested a ground floor apartment and it was so convenient for accessing the pool each day. The rooms provide all you need and while a bit dated the price reflects this and I would have no hesitation in returning. The area is generally very quiet although Thursday & Friday were a bit noisier due to the arrival of Stag & Hen groups.

Rooms - although slightly basic and dated decor, are spacious, and super well equipped with everything you need for a self catering stay. Washing machine, kettle toaster microwave , plates and glasses and cutlery , drying rack and each room has a patio/balcony.
Nice pool area and little cafe. Pool is not heated though so at the start of May was pretty chilly. (Refreshing some might say) Staff are friendly and helpful. Couple of things I was not happy with- Their literature says no large parties but there was definitely large groups of lads and even larger groups of ladies. This can get quite noisy , especially late at night when they are coming back in. Beware of the sprinklers! We had to leave in early hours for a morning flight and got soaked on the way out! Not great start at 4 am! Security deposit!! This hotel is still in the dark ages with this. It was 100 euros per person (there was 4 of us ) and they only take cash, so if you are unaware when you arrive you eaither hand over all your holiday spends or have to run up the street for an atm!) and then you have to get your room checked by a staff member at departure to get your money back!!! ( again not great at 4 am. Then of course you are left with 400 euros that you need to take home again!!! Get a credit card machine like normal hotels plz!!!!
