Love Oura Praia and staff Rosmery and Amir
What a lovely holiday! Family friendly, secure and relaxed atmosphere for kids and families, the staff are brilliant, reception very helpful, food is great too, but amazing poolside staff especially Rosmery and Amir, we will be sad to leave! Thank you for making our holiday so great and for the kids, keeping them entertained playing games, face painting, playing great music too. We can’t wait to come back!

So I can't understand any of the negative reviews to begin with. If I had to complain about 1 thing it would be the WiFi is a bit rubbish. Other than that we had a great time. The fact you can use 3 or 4 different hotels with your all inclusive is excellent specially at the ocean bar right on the beach. Also the kebabs there are omg amazing. On subject off food there is so many different restaurants you can choose from we had bbq grill (awesome) Chinese (awesome) the buffet restaurant if you don't book anywhere always had somthing to eat. The poolside bar and ocean bar all had plenty of all inclusive drinks and cocktails. In the hotel pool bar I think it was amir he was brilliant having a laugh and joke with everyone and very friendly it was always a pleasure to see him. Nothing was to much trouble for him. Old town and new town is only a short uber ride away. Receptionist were very friendly and helpful I cant remember there names but they were so helpful with booking restaurants and massges etc. The rooms were spacious like a studio flat. The air-conditioning was a bit flat but was enough to take heat off the room. Don't listen to any of the negative reviews. We had a awesome time and will definitely go back. There is so much more we could write if your looking at this hotel and having any doubts don't. Just book it you won't regret it.

Fantastic Staff! Very clean rooms but need refurb
Great experience at this hotel for our Anniversary. Staff were amazing with Amna [Amina :)] in customer care and Amir in food and beverages going above and beyond for us to make our stay extra special. Only downside was rooms are dated but clean and well maintained.
The bar
Amir Sunar absolutely made our holiday the best it could ever be! We have came on a family holiday me, my boyfriend, mam and dad and my two sisters and he has met our every need nothing is too much more him. He makes the hotel that bit more enjoyable, fun and exciting 🫶🏼
