Fish and chips restaurant in a lovely relaxed setting. Lovely 3 course meal and drinks (included on all inclusive) special mention to Shamraiz nothing too much trouble Thankyou
We had a good holiday overall, mainly thanks to the location and the atmosphere around the resort. It’s right beside Praia da Oura with direct access, including a small private alcove which was amazing. We spent most mornings there as it was much more relaxing, especially since it was often difficult to find space around the pool. The staff were genuinely excellent ,friendly, helpful and couldn’t be faulted. Our room was cleaned every day and was kept in good condition. The hotel is very close to Albufeira town, so some level of noise is to be expected. However, on one night in particular there was very loud shouting and disruption from other guests until around 4am, which made it extremely difficult to sleep. We also had concerns about the security of the room. The sliding door didn’t fully close and had a noticeable gap, which didn’t feel very secure. There was also a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom sink at times. The all-inclusive offering was mixed. Food options at lunch were limited, but the buffet was better than expected. The booked restaurants were only okay, and it wasn’t clearly communicated in advance that reservations were required. It was also unclear what drinks were included, and the drinks themselves seemed quite low quality. The pool area is on the smaller side and there aren’t enough sun loungers, which made it hard to use during the day. Evening entertainment was minimal and not well advertised. Overall, we still had a nice time, but there are definitely areas that need improvement ;particularly noise control, room security, and clarity around what’s included.
Not a bad hotel Farooq at the pool bar is a nobhead Rude, won’t give you more than 1 drink and doesn’t even make what you ask.
Myself, husband and adult son and daughter had four nights at the hotel. We couldn’t fault the cleanliness, rooms, communal areas. Food was really good, good vegetarian options. Had to queue for 45 minutes for a sun lounger at 8am as the previous morning we couldn’t get one at 9.15am. The last two nights there were two groups of young people who had a room opposite and above and spent from 1am until 7am screaming, shouting, swearing, ringing on our door bell, slamming doors between the rooms. Hotel reception were very helpful. Perfect location and lovely place, just wouldn’t recommend for families with young children.
Muss he is such friendly and we enjoying he is entertaining with activities all days
