REALLY NICE PLACE
A beautiful place nothing to worry about if your thinking of booking this hotel,we celebrated my wifes 70th birthday there and what a great place,all the staff were so nice to us and pleasant a nice bottle of bubbly sent to our room which was a nice touch.Even sand happy birthday to my wife at breakfast which was so funny and a lovely thing to do made the day.Only downside was the pool bar they have two speeds slow and stop,it was REALLY slow service to be honest it put me off going to the bar we all used to dread it,the service there was terrible but on the whole a great place they have set the bar very very high for our future holidays the rooms were all of a very high quality too well done team Falesia Garden we wouldn't hesitate to return.

Excellent hotel
Second time staying here and it was very good again. Stayed in a deluxe apartment in block 12 and it was super clean and quiet. The staff are very helpful and the location is excellent. I have attached a pic of the sofabed which is comfortable (there are actually two beds within the sofa) in case helpful to others. Overall, this is as good as it gets for location, service and value. Would stay here again in the future.

Lovely family holiday in the sun 🌞
This hotel was awesome! It was clean, tidy and everyone who worked there were lovely. The pool was immaculate and there wasn't an issue getting a sun bed on any day we were there. The food was lovely and there was plenty of it! The beach was also stunning and only a 10 min walk. The ONLY downside, and I guess I'm being picky, is the 4pm check in. We arrived just before midday with our 4 year old. Having all been awake since 2am the previous morning, we were exhausted, my son in particular really struggled. We weren't offered an early check in as so many others have already mentioned, which made the first day really hard going. I just feel like we could have been offered another apartment that had already been cleaned so my kid could have had a nap in a bed. However, that's the only negative thing I can say because we'd definitely go back! We had a great week!
Fabulous family holiday in wonderful hotel
We’ve just returned from an amazing 10-day stay at 3HB falesia gardens. We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. Fantastic hotel in an amazing location with private access to one of the best beaches we’ve ever been to. Pool was wonderful and great for kids and adults. Never an issue with getting sunbeds either by the pool or on the grass area to enjoy the view.
Food options were very good. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and evening meals had a different theme every night of the week. Evening entertainment in the main bar was relaxed and featured a range of musicians over the course of our stay. Great little park on site as well for younger children.
Rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard and all the staff on site weee welcoming and accommodating. Hotel is ideally located about 10-15 minute walk to main town with loads of bars and restaurants nearby.
We would definitely return!
Very relaxing stay
We spent a week at Falesia Garden and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are large and all decor / furnishing is in excellent condition. The pool area has something for everyone and the parasols a little further from the pool have grass to walk on which I particularly liked. Bar snacks, drinks and ice-creams are all reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet is open 7:30 to 10:30 and you just turn up whenever you like. There are fried eggs and omelettes cooked to order which I always like to see at a buffet. We needed help from reception a couple of times and they sorted issues out very quickly. Rather than half-board, we chose to go out to local restaurants for a bit of variety and we enjoyed every restaurant we visited. We cooked in the room a couple of times and the little kitchen was fine for making simple pasta dishes. You can expect to hear some noise from nearby bars (I think these were the ones about 5 min walk away rather than in the hotel complex) but they stop at 11pm.
