To start of with when you arrive you have to be charged 300€ per room - many people didn’t know about this as it is not clearly stated. The staff there were not pleasant at all and if you’re going to want a hotel where you go with your friends I would not recommend this at all. Especially if you’re going for the strip. We’re not allowed music by the pool nor in your room at all. To us it seemed like because we were a young group of girls that from the beginning they kept picking at everything, and they will use your deposit against you with everything you do. The key cards for the rooms do not work at all, we changed them multiple times a day and everytime they had a go saying it’s your fault it shouldn’t be near phones which after the first time wasn’t put near our phones. Cleaners left our doors open with valuables inside and at this point had not been in the hotel all day just to not wanted to be risked me be charged for everything we did and cleaners started giving us dirty towels and putting our clothes in dirty places. Personally was not a pleasant stay and is not a 4 star hotel. Only positive I would say is it is clean but not for our type of holiday GIRLS DONT BOOK lol Full of miserable young and old people to.
Just got back after a week in this hotel after reading some of the reviews we were a bit hesitant but on arrival the staff at the reception were pleasant and accommodating the rooms that we had were more than adequate for what we wanted and lots of space and kept immaculate by the cleaning staff credit to them we went half board and I can honestly say we didn't have a bad meal yes there could be more selection but what you get is nice The top of the strip is a short walk The nearest beach is 15 minutes away but taxis are really cheap if your not very mobile and reception will order one for you the pool area is clean and the staff were friendly Yes you have to pay 300 euro's per room on arrival but we got ours back no problem so make sure you budget for that Overall a great holiday in a nice hotel
Well whee do I start, the rooms were clean okay a little outdated but that wasn’t the issue, the issue came about when we couldn’t find the receipt for the deposit on our room and were told by the most obnoxious women and manager that we couldn’t have our money back, she was almost grinning with delight at this prospect, even though we asked them to check the room before hand not a chance, thankfully we found the receipt and of course our room passed the inspection by the staff were completely unhelpful, don’t lose your receipt
Stayed here for a week. I will say the rooms are tidy and clean and have the right things needed but the receptionists are quite unwelcoming and rude
Extremely disappointing experience.
At check-out, my group was due to receive our €300 cash security deposit back. We went to reception early because we had an airport transfer waiting outside and knew the process could take a few minutes.
Reception first told us we needed a sheet from our room. When my friend went back upstairs, the key card had already been deactivated, so she couldn’t even get back into the room. We returned to reception, where staff repeatedly told us they were “looking for the envelope” containing our €300. We waited as long as we possibly could and explained several times that our airport transfer was waiting and we were at risk of missing our flight.
Instead of treating the situation with any urgency, we were left standing there while staff showed little concern or empathy. In the end, they asked my friend to sign a note confirming that we had not received our €300 deposit before we were forced to leave for the airport.
It is completely unacceptable that guests are put in the position of choosing between missing their flight or leaving without €300 that belongs to them. The lack of organisation, communication and customer service was shocking.
Until this matter is resolved and our money is returned, I cannot recommend staying here. I sincerely hope no other guests have to go through the same experience.
