Occupying a convenient position, close to Fisherman's Beach and the centre of Albufeira Old Town, the Hotel do Cerro is a family run hotel which offers stunning panoramic views of the Mountains and the Bay of Albufeira. A range of shops, bars and restaurants are close at hand while there is also a bus stop 30 meters from the hotel with connections to other parts of the Algarve.
The Hotel do Cerro has an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a terrace perfect for sunbathing with sun loungers and sunshades. There is also an indoor pool and wellness centre which includes massage, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish Bath and a Fitness Room at an additional cost.
The hotel's buffet restaurant offers a traditional breakfast and while dinner consists of a mouth-watering array of Mediterranean and International cuisine. A la carte dining is also available on the do Cerro's roof Terrace which offers spectacular views of the city, mountains and sea (payable locally). Meals will either offer a buffet or set during Winter dependent on occupancy.
During the day, a selection of drinks and light meals are available from the Hotel do Cerro's pool terrace as well as in the poolside Restaurant and Bar. Wi-Fi is available for free in the public areas. In the evenings we suggest you head to the hotel's bar for a relaxing drink. Entertainment and live music are also on offer for you to enjoy. Twin rooms at the Hotel do Cerro are air-conditioned and comfortably furnished. All rooms have a balcony or terrace and come equipped with flat-screen satellite TV, telephone, safe*, minibar* and free Wi-Fi. Side Seaview and Seaview rooms are available for a supplement.

Comfortable Stay
Very clean hotel and comfortable room.its on top of a hill so no good if you have mobility issues as the steep walk to the old town and back was hard going. You can get a tuk tuk by its 10 euro for a 5 minute ride. The staff in the hotel are really lovely especially Armen the barman who is truly an asset with his infectious smile and great customer service. Claudia on reception was also lovely and very helpful. My only criticism is the fact you have to hire kettles and mugs and pool towels and to be honest most 4 star hotels I’ve stayed in supply these items. Breakfast I didn’t think was that great the juice was the powdered stuff and awful and most morning we had warm bread as it wasn’t toasted properly. They bought out a basket of mixed bread each day, rolls, croissants and cakes which we never touched so I’m sure it then was thrown away. I think to avoid waste perhaps ask if guest want this bread basket. Other then that we enjoyed our stay and the on the occasion we ate dinner in the hotel I must say the food especially the baked salmon was delicious.

Excellent holiday hotel
We had a great stay here, so much so that we’ve already booked for another visit in August. Great location, 10 minute walk to centre of old town, rooms are very clean & serviced daily, quiet pool area, great snack menu & breakfast choice is also great with continental & cooked. Staff are really friendly & always looking to help. Lots more available within the hotel, indoor pool, gym & sauna area, towel & safe rental. …..can’t wait to go back.

i would like to say that our stay at hotel do cerro in albufeira was great from start to finish ,the rooms the food the staff were all great especially armen jingle bells the barman made our nights great fun ,we never normally drink in hotel bars but popped back every night to see him

Brilliant Hotel, Fantastic Staff
Lovely hotel situated in the Old Town Albufeira. Very welcoming reception on arrival, nothing too much trouble. All the staff were lovely, especially Armen at the lounge bar and Ricardo at the poolside bar. Will definitely be returning. Thank you all for a lovely stay. Sarah & Lee Jenkinson
