This exclusive luxury hotel is a conveniently located hotel in Albufeira, above beautiful, sandy Praia de Santa Eulália Beach. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus into town that runs a few times per day, and there is a regular bus stop located 100 metres from the hotel, going to the lively centre of Albufeira, with its many shopping and entertainment venues; Faro Airport is 23 kilometers away from the hotel. The complex has all the peace and tranquility of an Algarve beach setting, the sense of fun that comes with a holiday in a tourist area, and the charm of a fairy tale. The complex has accommodation for all kinds of families. All rooms, suites or apartments have the amenities required for a comfortable stay, which includes appliances and comfortable furniture, as well as access to areas with balconies.

Overpriced poor service on beach front
Ok location for a beach holiday on the beach front. Nice atmosphere. Rooms lovely but not good value as expensive for service provided, which was not 5 star, more like 3. This was the main issue for us, abrupt staff, slow service and high prices, particularly in the beachfront restaurant, which I reviewed separately. Not many restaurant options walking distance from the hotel.
Fairly clean overall but sand wasnt cleared out of room bath and cleaning wasnt done until late afternoon. No milk provided for room bar so had to pay 2.5Euros to get that at the bar and the barman and waiter were quite rude or abrupt about it.
Quiet rooms and good blackout curtains.
28 Euros a day or 14 for a half day on beach lounges. Beach has a big dropoff af the edge which is rocky and rough so be careful entering. Up to your chest quite quickly but sand soft and water nice after you get past the first third of a meter entering the water without falling over.fro. the waves breaking on you.
Service overall was poor except good at reception and the townhouses pool bar.
We did love the rooms and the townhouses pool which was quieter, had shade with umbrellas and had nice padded pool chairs. The waiter there was also good.
Would not return due to value for money and poor service at restaurant. Was relaxing holiday despite that.

perfect for relaxing for a few days
We had a short but very pleasant stay. All the staff on-site were friendly and helpful; we managed just fine even without strong English skills. The room was spacious and practice furnished, featuring its own chairs, table, sun loungers, and a parasol on the terrace. There was a generous breakfast buffet and direct, private access to the beach. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance, and there is a bus stop right at the resort. In the evening, the terrace bar was a wonderful place to relax with a cocktail.
Stunning location, wonderful views and top notch service from a very well organised and equiped resort.
The hotel was outstanding. Well designed and excellently appointed. The views from the terraces and balconies is stunning, the rooms are spacious, clean and well laid out. The bars and restaurants are excellent with a range of options from pizza, burgers and more traditional cuisine such as fresh grilled fish and charcoal grilled meat. Breakfast is wonderful with free flowing mimosa's, tons of fresh fruit, pastries, and cooked breakfast options. The spa is lovely, the gym excellent, and reception helpful.
There are a few minor cons; The main pool itself is a bit tired, the seagulls are the size of dogs and rather bold (at the seaside, who would have thought!) and the hotel is equipped for very large conferences so check ahead if any are scheduled as they will take over the hotel (only for 1 days for us, but we'd have been very unhappy if it were any longer) The beach isn’t great, but its not fully part of the hotel so not much can be done about that. It is easy to access though direct from the hotel.
Overall, very pleased, good value and we had a wonderful week and would recommend and return someday.

Expensive stay at a very average hotel
Large hotel, once they have your money you feel like you are just another person on a conveyor belt. Check in is 4pm, check out 10am. Its almost like they don’t really want you there.
Multiple events on at once. Parts of the pool area out of bounds due to setting up of events. That would bother me if I had been there with children. It felt a bit odd walking around in bathers and people are there suited up attending a work conference, not the relaxed holiday vibe I had wanted.
Lots of ants in our studio villa. Room itself, although was reasonably spacious, is out dated for the price. I didnt mind the walk to the main building but if you have any walking disabilities it would be unsuitable.
Although its advertised as a beach hotel you have to pay extra for sun loungers. I expected this would be included.
Overall an expensive stay at an average hotel. I wouldn’t return.
