Its ok only issue was lot of flies in buffet bread section because it hot and the toilet seat was broken with mouldy chip in microwave and cleaner only comes only once every two days the buffet staff were only reason I give this a 4 they were so kind and attentive and helpful indian thali wasnt good atall but indian buffet was amazing but the whole restaurant thing was only for all inclusive guests in the hotel

This is not a 5 star hotel at all, no one around to help with luggage on arrival at midnight. Took lift up to 6th floor to then go outside through a gate and up 2 lots of steps to our room. Furniture basic and tatty in living area. There was ants in the bathroom and on the towels, ants in the bedroom and in the bed. The electric tripped most nights, the phone was out of service. The cleaners didn't change the bedding unless we asked them too. After that bed change we noticed the bottom sheet was ripped and didn't even fit properly. We had to fetch our own tea coffee and sugar from restaurant. One morning we wanted a cup of tea and the cleaner had removed the 3 cups we had. To get to the restaurant we had to come down to reception go out to car park and walk a distance, down several stairs to go eat. The food was cold on several occasions. We were told we could eat at MGM sister hotels where again you had to walk some distance to be met by a very large queue to enter as the food was better there. No lock on patio door. We will not come back to this hotel, should be a 2 star not 5 star.
