First I blame easyJet because they advertise this hotel as 5 stars. If they would advertise as 3 stars I would be indulgent and give them 2 for size and depth of the pool and for the staff. Everything else is crap! Food at lunch time and evening is impossible to be classified! Every day grill was cold and cooked only on one side !!! Every day ! Except Thursday 18/06 when the soup and the meat was really good! We asked if it's a different chef...they said "no". My wife joked and say that maybe he is in a good mood 🤣 Sunday, surprise! - same waiter came to our table and told us that YES Thursday was a different chef 😜😂😂😂. Sunbeds- crap! My bones were screaming STAND UP ! 5 stars and the fridge in the room was empty?! And no ice cream or a local decent cake?! All the evening meals have been a FIASCO! Including the Mexican one and chef is Mexican!😂 If you care about your money AVOID this hotel .

I left my luggage in the hotel's luggage storage before my flight on the evening of July 5, and my Louis Vuitton handbag was stolen. Inside were my passports, laptop, sunglasses, and other valuables. It was the only bag stolen that day, which makes the situation even more concerning.
When I discovered the theft, there was no manager on-site to assist. The two employees who helped me, Sachin Kumar and Tiago, were unhelpful and showed very little urgency. Initially, I was told we could review the security camera footage. After waiting for over 1.5 hours, I was then told I could not view the footage and that my only option was to file a police report.
When I filed the report, the responding officer told me they receive 2–3 reports like this every week from this hotel. That was incredibly alarming. Based on my experience, I strongly suspect this was an inside job. While I cannot prove that, the circumstances and the lack of transparency left me with very little confidence.
I later spoke with the Director, Renato, who was also not helpful. He said he could only meet with me the following morning at 8:30 a.m., after I was already dealing with the aftermath of the theft. I was repeatedly told there was no useful video footage, despite there being visible security cameras in the lobby.
Unfortunately, the theft was only part of an already disappointing stay. The rooms were not clean, the staff were unfriendly and slow to respond, our toilet stopped flushing twice during our four-day stay, and it took four phone calls and an hour and a half just to receive clean towels.
I understand that travelers are ultimately responsible for their belongings, and I acknowledge that leaving valuables in luggage storage was a mistake on my part. However, I have used hotel luggage rooms all over the world without ever experiencing anything like this. I trusted this hotel to provide secure storage, and that trust was completely misplaced.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Between the poor service, maintenance issues, and the theft of my belongings, I cannot recommend this property to anyone.
I have attempted to contact this hotel, several times today and they have not answered a single call. Avoid this hotel at all costs!
Booked thos hotel for a 3 night break. We booked a deluxe room with a sea view. When we arrived we were informed we did not have the room we had booked and we were given a one bedroomed apartment. We were not happy as this did not have a Seaview. We explained to reception that is not what we booked. Reception were very unhelpful and advised to look at the room they offered us. When we inspected the room it was a throw back to the 90s. The room was very dated, furniture was broken and not clean at all. We went back to reception and the only room they could offer was a suite (if thats what you call it) again it was very, very dated. The patio door didn't open properly, the toilet was all stained, marks all over the walls. To this point we were sick and had to accept the room (831) the view was over a building with old furniture again not what we paid for. The pool area again felt dirty, tiles missing around the pool. The bar and restaurant area were far too small for the size of the hotel. We were all inclusive and everything was very basic and definitely not 5* like they state. As a whole the full hotel felt grubby and is in desperate need of a make over. The Hotel Manager needs to visit Turkey if they can sell this as a 5* hotel as they would be in for a shock! Would i visit again...hell no!

Our experience was awful. It’s not a 5* at all, not everything is included, the food is terrible. The staff are very rude and have no idea bout the hotel, they are clueless. Avoid this hotel, don’t waste your time. We were kicked out 5 days in for one noise complaint without warning. We were given 30 mins to get out and left 5 girls homeless. Threatened to call the police. Got shouted at by a man, never come here!!!! Biggest scam ever
