The hotel is okay overall, especially if you are already there, but unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not choose to stay again.

When booking, I specifically requested one double bed. However, upon arrival, we found two single beds simply pushed together. They were not secured, so they kept moving apart during the night, creating a gap between the mattresses. This made sleeping quite uncomfortable, as one of us would often end up falling into the gap.

The room itself looked good enough, but the bathroom really needs some attention. Although we booked a Deluxe room, the bathroom looked very old and worn. The bathtub had peeling paint, which was hidden under the rubber mat, and the sink did not look very clean and so old. The shower gel dispenser also seemed to be diluted and was not very usable. There was also a kettle in the room, but unfortunately it was covered in a very thick layer of limescale and looked as though it had not been properly cleaned for a long time. It was honestly unpleasant even to look at, let alone use it for making a drink.

The pool was okay, but could definitely use better cleaning and maintenance. The tiles and steps around the water were noticeably dirty and had a yellow buildup. On our last day, one section of the pool also seemed to have a blocked drain, causing the water level to rise and the water to become quite dirty.

Unfortunately, breakfast was another disappointment. There appeared to be a lot of choice, but most of the food was cold and not particularly tasty. There were also a lot of flies in the dining area, frequently landing on the food, which made eating uncomfortable. The coffee and juices were also not very pleasant.

Most of the reception staff we met were friendly and welcoming. However, one receptionist, whose name I believe was Anabella Pisa (although I may have the name slightly wrong), came across as quite unfriendly and unwelcoming. In contrast, Anabella David (again, I hope I have the name right) was very kind, welcoming and helpful, as were the other staff members we interacted with.

Overall, the hotel has potential and looks nice from the outside, but the facilities and cleanliness feel quite dated and would benefit from better maintenance. I hope this feedback is helpful, as these are things that could make a real difference to guests’ experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very happy with our overall experience. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, and the swimming pool was fantastic. The food was fresh, tasty, and offered a good selection of meals.

The staff were absolutely fantastic — always kind, friendly, and helpful, especially the team working at the pool bars and in the dining area. A special mention goes to Omar, who was an excellent server. He was always attentive, welcoming, and happy to prepare my coffees with oat milk, as I’m allergic to regular milk. His kindness and attention to detail really made a difference and made me feel well looked after.

Our room was clean, and the towels were changed every day, which we really appreciated. There was also a good selection of soft drinks and cocktails to enjoy throughout our stay.

Overall, we had a lovely holiday and were very satisfied with the hotel, its facilities, food, and, most importantly, the amazing staff. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! We would happily recommend this hotel to others.
