Enjoyed our stay
Hotel was in a good location to the old town around 15 mins walk . Stayed in a one bed apartment with my 2 children ,the sofa bed was fairly comfortable and the apartment was spacious .The view from our room was awful it overlooked the car park and a dumping ground for broken furniture and glass . The gym was good but were unable to use it as we didn't have our trainers. The hotel itself was clean and reception staff were very helpful we were all inclusive and the meals were good , but we used a sister hotels facilities and they offered more selection on the desserts , we only had cakes or fruit for desserts. The pool area was great and always had sun beds. A coffee machine in reception would have been good like the other hotels offered . There was a sewage smell in our bathroom a few times but reception sent the cleaners to rectify it . Tv speaker had gone and there was a lack of English channels . Pool towels were 5€ per person to use for the week .The main thing we disliked was the quality of the drinks available in the all inclusive package they werent nice at all, the bar area also smelt of sewage and the entertainment was terrible but overall we had a great stay .

Pleasant Enough
Enjoyed this hotel, it wasn't too busy and in a good location. Food was good overall. Few issues with cleanliness in our room which were rectified when raised. Music round pool was, at times, way too loud and ruined the peace. I would also ask that the hotel does not invite people using animals for photo opportunities to come in as it can be quite distressing for people who care about animal welfare. Nobody needs to have a snake draped around them or a parrot on their arm for entertainment purposes, animals deserve better.

Aqua Restaurant
It was really good organized The Aqua Restaurant was almost the best food I Ate in Albufeira Nabil was so friendly and treated us really good. I would alsways come back!
Good value
Beautiful looking hotel. Rooms are a little dated but ours was a huge suite. Resturant was typical buffet style but quite small. The staff were so helpful as my Daughter in law is Celiac and they made sure she was well looked after. All in all good value for money and a great stay.

Loved it - perfect for someone who is GF
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was myself, my partner and my in-laws, and we were genuinely surprised by how nice the hotel was!
The hotel itself was very clean, and the rooms were spotless. I really cannot fault the rooms — they were spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. We had two apartments and had easy access to both, which worked really well for us.
The food and staff were exceptional. I am gluten-free highly intolerant; so I explained this to the staff on day one. The chef would come out personally to show me what I could and couldn’t have, which I really appreciated. Some of the meals weren’t suitable for me, but they had no problem cooking gluten-free meals from scratch when needed. The waiting staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, which really put me at ease.
The variety of food wasn’t massive, but what was available was exceptional . I would much rather have a smaller selection of really good food, and that was definitely the case here.
The pool area was also great. There were always sun beds available, so there was absolutely no need to rush down first thing to reserve them. We would come back to the pool in the early afternoon and could always find four sun beds together. The pool is definitely cold, but that wasn’t a problem — just a little bit of a shock when you first get in.
The location is perfect too. We don’t drink or really want to go out partying, but if that’s something you’re looking for, you’re only around a 10–15 minute walk from the main strips. We hired a car and drove into the Old Town, which was only around 10 minutes away. There are also loads of local restaurants and shops on the same road as the hotel, so you have plenty of options nearby.
The gym was actually really well equipped considering it’s a hotel gym. The only thing to be aware of is that you can’t access it before 9am, which was a little tricky when trying to plan workouts around breakfast.
Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would happily stay here again. The only thing we really missed was having some outdoor seating for meal times or somewhere outside to sit and have a drink.
