This Resort is located in Albufeira, which still retains much of its ancient charm with its quaint narrow streets and traditional architecture. Faro Airport is around 35 kilometres from the hotel. Characterised by its fantastic atmosphere, this club resort has been carefully conceived to bring guests a range of amenities and comforts designed to make a truly memorable experience. Built and renovated recently, the complex has a restaurant where people can enjoy the delight dishes served, a luxury spa to keep the wellness culture of the guests health interest and several stylish rooms with excellent provision for whole family. All apartments enjoy the access to balconies or terraces with spectacular views. Among other in-room amenities, rooms are well-appointed to ensure comfort for all holidays.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful anyways smiling, the food and drinks are up there with the best all inclusive I have had. This place caters for all ages great fur families with younger children. I am here with my partner and children aged 18 and 24 and it is also perfect for us. We relax by the quieter pool and it's perfect. Villas are so spacious and spotless en-suite in each bedroom. BBQ days are really good lamb chops, steak jacket potato. A bar to watch all the sports in. Great location, we have visited the old town, new town and villamoura. First time at this hotel and Portugal and will definitely be back year.
There is so many things that’s wrong with this hotell that I don’t have enough space to describe them all. The buffet restaurant was a disaster, food was poor, the people that worked there crashed in to you several times while you where trying to get some food. They even started to clean and close station before the mealtime was over. They also had a show there at night for kids when there still was 1,5 hour left of dinner time. The pool had not enough poolbeds so people had to wait in the cafe just beside the pool and hope that somebody left. They also had a fotball and tenniscourt that they suddenly closed for a bouncing castle from Friday to Sunday. It cost 10 euro for 30 min. We had all inclusive so we also had to pay if we wanted to use it. So many kids who wanted to play fotball or tennis couldn’t because of this. I have been to many hotels in my life, but nothing like this. It was complete chaos. This is supposed to be a 4* hotell but this not more than a 2* max. The rooms are spacious but whe moist never goes out of the rooms so nothing will dry and you fill that you are moist all the time. I have lost the will to go to Portugal because of this hotell, because the service people where rud and the only thing they said when you asked them something is that how it is. What kind of management run this hotell i really want to know because it was a complete embarrassment the hole thing. As you sure know by know, I’m not coming back to this hotell or Portugal for a good time.
This is the second time we have been to Eden Villas and booked again due to our experience last time. I have to say we had a good holiday overall but think the apartments could do with a freshen up, small things like marks on floors walls and the gardens around the apartment block doesn’t seem to be as well maintained as the Villas. Our two lads stayed on a very uncomfortable sofa bed and had to wait two days for more pillows after asking every day. The so called adult/quiet pool is not monitored and very regularly filled up with children playing ball games (not opposed to this but there is a large family pool to play plus splash park). Sun-beds are an issue and if not out with your towel by 8 am you have no chance. Food overall was good-buffet itself is small for the size of the complex but the kitchen keep up to putting fresh food out regularly. Location… bit of walk out of the old town but only 4-5 euro in taxi. Overall good, brilliant place if you have small children but for us I now think this not a resort for us with a 15 and 17 year old.
This was our second visit to Eden and again we had a wonderful stay. This time we were a family of 7 so we had one of the biggest villas, the villa itself and the facilities within the villa were excellent! The only thing that let it down was the cleanliness on arrival, I think, this villa had not been used for a while and needed a refresh clean before our arrival as it was grubby in places which was the only disappointment. Also, Ants are an issue , we found this last year too but this year we had to buy ant powder as they were in the bedrooms and kitchen do be aware of this. All in all, this would not affect any decision to re visit, we really enjoy the set up here, we were self catering which we like as it’s not too far into old town to sample the lovely restaurants there too.
Just returned from a lovely family holiday at Eden Villas, apartment was great, nice and clean. Always pleased with the food, great choice even for a fussy eater, good vegetarian options which varied each night, we tried the temptation restaurant one night which was a nice change to the buffet. Staff were always friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The transport to the beach/old town was brilliant, I was pleased to find they had child seats also. The beach the bus took us to, had a sister restaurant where you could get drinks and a little food… this was a great. There were also sun beds and umbrellas provided which was ideal keeping little ones out of the sun when needed. People do claim sunbeds with their towels, it would be great for the hotel to try and tackle it, one day beds had been claimed and not used for several hours, we did manage to find beds but it was a shame to see so many not being used…
