This Resort is located in Albufeira, which still retains much of its ancient charm with its quaint narrow streets and traditional architecture. Faro Airport is around 35 kilometres from the hotel. Characterised by its fantastic atmosphere, this club resort has been carefully conceived to bring guests a range of amenities and comforts designed to make a truly memorable experience. Built and renovated recently, the complex has a restaurant where people can enjoy the delight dishes served, a luxury spa to keep the wellness culture of the guests health interest and several stylish rooms with excellent provision for whole family. All apartments enjoy the access to balconies or terraces with spectacular views. Among other in-room amenities, rooms are well-appointed to ensure comfort for all holidays.

The rooms was very modern and spacious. The hotel was very clean. Staff was always kind and pleasant. Very kid friendly. Got lots of kids shows and activities throughout the day. Have a free shuttle bus to the old town. All 3 of my kids was happy. Ages 4 ,7, 15. It was boiling but didn’t need to use the air con much as the rooms was cool without. Me and my 15 year old daughter had avery nice massage. So relaxing and it was a good deal. Felling very relaxed and soft and luscious after a full body scrub before hand. Everything is nearby to rooms so no problem if you forgot anything at the room. We would definitely come back. My kids are picky eaters and they liked the food. Did not stop eating. Also get a choice of the alicarte restaurant for a free corse meal one night in the week. Taxis wasn’t expensive and the zoo marine definitely a great day out. Loved it 🥰

Pros
Reception - Staff were very welcoming and friendly and were always available to speak to and polite.
Location - Great location slightly out the way but it was nice to be in a quite location but only minutes away from the old town and beach.
Entaintment - Was very good and enjoyed by all of us. The time and effort from the team was great.
Food/drink & main restuarant - Food was outstanding probably 1 of the best all inclusive we have been to. Food options were at plenty and tasty. Restuarant staff do work very hard and are very quick on cleaning and most were friendly and polite. Drinks were great and good options.
Room - Very spacious and clean with a very well equipped kitchen area. Room cleaner we had in block 5-8 for our stay was very friendly lady and polite and always had a smile just wish I had got her name.
Cons but not in a negative way that affected our stay.
We do think that as a paid all inclusive plus that there shouldn't be an extra charge for premium ice creams or drinks. I can understand this if we pay just for standard all inclusive but the plus should be for that reason.
Could do with a tv in the main bedroom for the adults so on the night if they wish to watch it they can.
Do think the shuttle service from the hotel to and from the old town and marina could be run more regularly as it is literally 5-10 minutes away.
Would we come back here again ? ABSOLUETLY and we would recommend Eden to anyone reading this review as you will not be disappointed.

Great stay at Eden for a group of 16
Family group of 8 kids (age 3-16), 8 adults stayed for a week AI in 2 of the 4 bed villas (room 196/197) at the end of August.
Pros:
- staff friendliness: I don’t remember individual names but everyone we spoke to at Eden was lovely and so friendly/ happy/ welcoming. Especially those who work so hard in the main buffet restaurant. Considering we were such a large party the staff really went out of their way to help accommodate us with seating together even at the busiest dining times. This was much appreciated.
- 4 bed villas are very spacious for large groups (note room 196 doesn’t have as many stairs and the patio area which leads out to the pool is as not as steep as room 197, so better for those with mobility challenges. However the high ceilings in room 197 give it the wow factor).
- Food quality in the main buffet restaurant was really good. Everyone in our group of 16 were impressed - from age 3 to 70! The vegetarian options were excellent (especially at lunchtime), better than most AI hotels I’ve been to. Salads and potatoes were always spot on. Kids options were perfect too for those fussy eaters. The puddings were delicious, I don’t think I’ve seen a better selection of genuinely tasty desserts! I was also impressed at how often the food was replenished, even at the end of the dining sessions the food kept coming out.
- many of our group enjoyed the pool bar food for lunch, as there wasn’t much choice for vegetarians I stuck to main restaurant.
- AI drinks were great. The sangria and all 3 wines (red/rose/white) were enjoyed across our group. Kids enjoyed the slush.
- the shuttle bus options were brilliant. We loved the beach it took us to (note to walk 2 coves before you get to the beach bar which is Edens area on the beach…worth the 6/7 min walk but wasn’t explained well to us).
- I sent many emails in advance to Eden to book directly and enquire about info for our large group and they always replied and were helpful
Things to note:
- if youre AI there’s no washing up liquid, tablets etc provided in the villa (only if SC).
- only 1 hairdryer in each villa (can’t be moved between rooms)
- the buffet dining area was busy/chaotic. To be expected in August and not much can be done to avoid it if you’re AI. Seating outside potentially quieter but you still have to tackle the queues to get food!
- main pool area very busy and loud. Most people seemed to enjoy this, we preferred the sanctuary of our villas which came with private pools (and in which we could use floaties).
Overall had a great stay, thanks Eden. You clearly reinvest a lot in the hotel, food and facilities (entertainment, shuttle buses..) and despite the challenges with the size of the dining/entertainment areas in the complex being smaller compared to the number of guests at max capacity you are doing the best with the space you have. Most importantly thanks for bring so friendly and accommodating with our large group!

An Absolutely Perfect Family Getaway!
We recently returned from an unforgettable stay at Eden Resort, and we cannot recommend it highly enough! The resort is beautiful, clean, and peaceful, featuring spacious villas and fantastic pools with top-notch kids' splash areas.A true highlight was visiting the Adam & Eve Spa, where my 7-year-old daughter and I had a massage together. We both left feeling completely revitalized!The staff’s warmth and hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our trip. While the resort feels like a secure, quiet oasis, it is just a short trip from the vibrant center of Albufeira. We had an amazing time and are already planning our return!

Fabulous property. Definitely need transport to get into albuferia. Have buses but only until early evening. We didn't realise that all one bedroom apartments are upstairs with no lift. We had a buggy which was a bit annoying but the apartmentz were fab and very spacious. I think children's entertainment could have been a bit better and bar areas was very cramped in the evenings and not ideal to sit and enjoy with kids. Could have better set up for this. But overall had a good time. Food was unreal
