Happily, it was exactly what we expected
It’s a great family oriented hotel for a weeks’ all Inc holiday. We had a great experience. If you are thinking about a relaxing holiday by a pool, where you don’t need to worry about cooking and all of life’s stresses, then choose this hotel.
We went at the end of September and it was hot enough to still need shade during the day. We had one cloudy day which was perfect for the beach (a steep walk downhill). The heat meant long midday naps in the apartment for my children. Meaning afternoons with our books on the balcony or by the pool.
The apartment rooms were huge and very clean. It was a twin bed not a double and made up like a twin. The cot was good for my toddler.
All of the hotel is very clean. The bar and snack bar were pleasant to sit in.
The hotel shines in the restaurant with very kind and professional waiters and waitresses. There was a good choice every day and the food was lovely. The atmosphere at dinner Is what you would expect, loud. My husband is vegan and he ate different food every day. They made vegan pizzas and there were vegan risottos, casseroles, stews, pastas, curries and the salad bar had quinoa and beans. Soy and oat milk was available in the morning but not at the snack bar. Vegan tofu sausage, soy yoghurt and vegan pancakes were available to order at breakfast. There were some prepackaged vegan muffins for an occasional dessert and a good selection of fruit.
We ended up not leaving the hotel except walking to a few local beaches. But it was a pain walking up the hill with young children in the heat. We would return but with a hire car.
Didn’t use the kids club because ours were under 4, but the staff interacted with our kids as we walked by and they seemed full of energy and the kids that went obviously loved it.
Didn’t enjoy the bracelet they make you wear. There must be other, better options. Not sure why it couldn’t be a removable silicone band.
Overall, the hotel was excellent value for money.

Can’t fault it. Just hard beds
We have just come back . The only thing I could find a slight fault with was we found the beds too hard. But everything else was very good. There is plenty to do for little ones and the entertainment staff are fantastic especially with the mini disco. The location is fantastic. Only a short walk to supermarket and bars and restaurants if you want them.

Just got back from 2 week holiday at3HB Club Humbria,first of all i would like to mention all the staff from reception,cleaners bar staff,entertainment staff,restuarant workers,all of do a fantastic first class job.The hotel is spotless clean everywhere and the staff are so helpful,the food is plentiful with many choices,but gets very busybut there are plenty tables,sometimes you have to wait in a queue but goes quick,if you cant find anything to eat thre is a snck bar with varied food.The rooms have a living room and bedroom both with great air condition ther is a microwave, kettle but ther is no tea and coffee facilties.Ther is a short walk to bars restuarants supermarket and nightclub and karaoke bar,a taxi ride to the old town is 13 euros.The pool people have mentioned in other reviews is no colder than other hotels i have visited,once your in its fine,ther are plenty sunbeds but the ones round the pool go quick with people putting towels down early and leaving,this is the only gripe i have,they say they will remove towels left before 9am but dont even though the signs on the parasols say they will.,you can also visit the water park which is great fun for all the kids.The beach is a 10 minute walk down a steep hill which is okay going down but not coming back up.I would thoroughly recommend this hotel especially if you have kids,maybe not for the older generation becaus it can get very noisy.Thank for a great 14 nights

Fantastic family resort
We have just spent 7 days at this wonderful resort and we cannot fault it, it was clean and tidy and the staff were wonderful, I was to give praise to all staff as they were wonderful but the ones in particular were Orlando who was always happy to help, he helped us get oat milk as my son has a diary intolerance and we always had a supply of oat milk if he saw us, he referred to me at oat man on many occasions, Crystal was amazing, very friendly and always available if we needed anything, was always checking ti make sure the place was run smoothly, cristina, sanam and Corina were all wonderful and were so happy to help, they interacted so much with us and with my son which he loved, it’s definitely a family orientated resort, they kids entertainment was great, and the kids club was great too, fantastic pools and great area, we ventured out and had a walk to the beach which wasn’t far and had great views, we also went to a ice cream parlour called mr and mrs frosty which was run by a lovely gentleman and they had fantastic ice cream and a fantastic chocolate vegan ice cream that my son devoured! I can’t recommend it highly enough. If you are looking for a fantastic resort that caters to families then this is the place for you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely brilliant stay — they really do think of everything!
We’ve just returned from a wonderful holiday at 3HB Clube Humbria and couldn’t recommend it more highly! From start to finish, our stay was fantastic — and it’s the little touches that make this place stand out from the rest.
✨ Thoughtful extras that made all the difference Within an hour of checking in, someone called our room just to ask if everything was okay and if we were settled in. Such a simple thing, but it made us feel so welcome right away. We also loved the free reusable water bottles provided in the room — such a great eco-friendly idea! And having a free safe in the room was a really useful bonus too.
🎵 Entertainment — excellent for all ages The entertainment team were brilliant! There was always something going on: daily pool activities and quizzes that everyone could join in with, a children’s disco that the little ones absolutely loved, and some fantastic live music from a talented 3-piece band in the evenings. Great variety, never too loud, and always fun.
🍽️ Food & Staff The food selection was really good — plenty of choice and something to suit everyone, no matter what your taste or dietary needs. And the staff… honestly, they were the highlight. Every single member of the team was friendly, helpful and genuinely happy to help — nothing was ever too much trouble.
If you’re looking for a welcoming, well-run hotel with great food, great entertainment and staff who truly care — this is the place. We’ll definitely be coming back!
