Clube Humbria is a modern and completely refurbished complex designed for families that are looking for an exclusive holiday in ALL INCLUSIVE basis. We also have at your disposal daily entertainment, games room, kids club, massage service and an outdoor swimming pool for adults and children, where you can relax and unwind in one of our loungers, while you pick up a cocktail or a simple drink from our pool bar. Check into this complex and count on modern comfort and a friendly welcome.
Stayed end of June into July with a party of 7. 3 kids aged 14/13/11 for 2 weeks.
Good points; staff very friendly, food was excellent, rooms were fab (very spacious and no extra charge for safe), maid service every day was very good, location was spot on( only a 10 min stroll to the beach), weather was tremendous, water bottles provided at the beginning of holiday were useful, towels for the pool changed every day for free was good. Everywhere was clean and tidy 👌
Things that were disappointing; 1- no inflatables or balls allowed in the pool. This really spoiled it for us as myself and my daughter love spending time playing with the ball.
2- locking the sports pitch and having to book at reception takes away the chance for kids just to turn up and make friends and have somewhere to hang out. Last few years it’s where my daughter has met people and started to make friends even though she doesn’t really play football.
3- this hotel is great for kids up to 10. Over that there’s really not much going on. The animation team are nice but wander around a lot but don’t really seem to be encouraging any older kids to get together and do things. Shame. Defo thought for our 2 week stay the kids were happy to head home due to lack of activities/ encouragement for them to do things.
4- pool for me is simply too small for the amount of people. It is a slightly colder pool that used to but once in for a month was absolutely fine.
5- games room is hidden away under one of the blocks of apartments. Feels like a thought of “oh we need a games room let’s stick it under there”
6- 1 treadmill in the gym is poor. Went at 7am when it opened and was very aware of others waiting about to use it. Had to try and find a time that was quieter.
7- the sports bar/ poolside bar closed at 11. Even with the World Cup games being shown there even if a game kicked off at 10 everything would shut down at 11. Yes they left the tvs on in reception but a bit of common sense to leave at least the tv on to allow people to watch the second half is surely the right call.
Overall I don’t think we’d come back because of the 7 points above.
We had a day out at slide and splash which was great. Used Ubers both ways. Pine cliffs golf which is close by if avoid at all costs. It’s a rip off. Salgados golf course was much better and discounts if you book online.
If you have a young family though there’s so so much for them to do here but just be aware if you’ve got older kids it can become a bit of a drag.
First of all, I have never left a review for any holiday previously. However, the team at 3HB Clube Humbria were absolutely fantastic and deserve every praise - you can see this in the thousands of reviews already left.
We stayed here for 5 nights as a family of 4. The check in process was quick and easy, right from arriving at the door we had Kris welcome us to help with our bags. The reception team are great and made check in really easy and straight forward - within 10 minutes of arriving the animation team were already engaging with our girls and having fun. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived however that didn’t matter, we had access to all facilities straight away and after some lunch and some exploring of the grounds, the room was soon available.
The rooms are extremely spacious and well maintained with big balconies. Special shout out to the team cleaning not just the rooms but the hotel as a whole. The entire place is SPOTLESS! You would struggle to find anything unclean at any time.
The facilities are also very good, from the football court and ping pong table to the main pool and kids splash park.
As already mentioned, the entertainment team are fantastic with the kids and even get the parents joining in. Every day there was aqua fit, magic carpet and waterpolo for both kids and adults. Both my children loved bingo which was played everyday, my only recommendation would be to have more than one game. The evenings featured a mini disco that was thoroughly enjoyed by our youngest daughter and a quiz that our eldest enjoyed.
The food was great, our kids are picky eaters and always found something - some questionable combinations but they always left meal times full. We made use of the snack bar daily, enjoying some food and an hour out of the sun. The food here was also exceptional, constantly monitored and replenished. There wasn’t a single time you were waiting longer than a couple of minutes for a drink, plenty of staff on hand to serve drinks.
If you are debating booking this hotel, then stop and get it booked, you will not regret it. Many of the people we spoke to were people returning to the hotel from previous holidays and I can see why.
Thank you to the team at 3HB Clube Humbria for a fantastic holiday, we will be back!!
Just returned from a fantastic holiday with my husband & 2 children. The hotel was exceptionally clean & well maintained. The food & drink on offer was lovely, plenty for fussy children too. Although it could get quite busy at times during mealtimes, the staff were very efficient. All staff were friendly & lovely to our children, especially the kids club staff. Plenty of stuff for the kids to enjoy & to keep them entertained throughout the day. The only minor issue we had was the pools were very cold, too cold for our 13 month old who cried when we tried to put him in so this is something to be mindful of if taking a baby. This was only a small issue though on an overall amazing holiday. We will definitely be returning!
Nice hotel for families Best animation team Food not so great apart from breakfast Nice rooms good shower comfy beds Crystal in restaurant and Fernando on door stood out as very welcoming and friendly Close to local amenities
Recently returned from a 7 night stay with 2 adults and a 3 year old. Check in was very easy, spacious apartment with bed rail as requested. Found the all inclusive offering really good, the occasional night it may not be to your taste but always plenty of options and you would not go hungry. Pancakes in the morning were top class. Only negative was the coffee which was very poor. Rosé wine available in bottles at dinner….beautiful. Found the cocktails more than acceptable, mojitos were lovely. We had no issues with pool temperature. We are used to a heated pool so were nervous about this but it was perfect mid June. Playground small but our little fella had loads of fun and wanted to go there instead of mini disco every night. Plenty of sun loungers available, we preferred the grass area rather than poolside. Day out at Zoomarine where we have visited before, excellent as always and we spent a lovely afternoon on the beach.
