Lovely hotel clean and comfortable rooms, very reasonable prices for food and drinks, good location for old town would definitely come back again.
Niggles but great stay.
Just back from a week here. We got a free upgrade as we asked if we could have one because balcony rooms were unavailable when we booked. It was on level -2 so no balcony but outside space looking onto carpark and had a kitchen. It was ok. Bathroom was fab, great shower. Cleaning and changing of towels were sporadic but ok. Heard water going down pipes everytime anybody in above floors flushed the toilet, was rather annoying and glad I had earplugs. Air-conditioning made a knocking noise a lot too. They were glitches and would still recommend but make sure you are on upper levels with balcony. Bar is great value! Between 4 and 7 happy hour 30% off and cheap even when it's not. Bar staff are funny and very good. The cafe by the pool has cheap and tasty food. Snacks and meals, excellent choice and very cheap. Cash is king here. Cafe and bar only accept cash. Must try cake shop next door. Lots of choice and very big slices for only €4! Beautiful. Really did enjoy our stay. Little niggles didn't spoil it but just warning to avoid lower ground rooms if possible.

Decent Mid-Range Hotel
Clean, tidy and well maintained with plenty of facilities. Has a restaurant for buffet breakfast, (€12.50 each, but lunch/dinner aren't catered for here) and a decent well priced poolside cafe/bar. Found staff to be friendly and efficient. Bar opens from 4pm til late and prices are excellent with entertainment several times a week. The bar/restaurant/poolside bar do not take card payments, only cash, so take plenty if you can, most resort shops same to prefer cash too. Things can be charged to your room, but its a bit of a faff.
Location is reasonable, with a few bars/restaurants and a small shopping centre very close (next to a glorious cake shop/restaurant) and is a 20min downhill walk to the old town, with all of its shops/bars etc, but remember it's all uphill on the way back. It's also about a 25 min walk to the 'strip' in the other direction if you prefer loud nightlife.
Would I recommend this hotel? Yes, I would, with the walk back from the old town being the only negative.

3rd visit
Third visit to this aparthotel and it didn’t disappoint. We had a pool view studio apartment which was spotlessly clean with all you need for two adults. The bathroom was really clean too with a descent shower. Towels were changed daily and rubbish lifted. All the staff friendly and hard working. The area is really handy to the beach and old town about a 10 minute downhill walk. The riviera pastelaria is a must visit for breakfast lunch or an evening meal. Also this time visited the casa do chefe for dinner which I can highly recommend. Look forward to our next visit

Amazing hotel.
This is a fabulous hotel, spotless clean and with fantastic facilities. Old town is not too far to walk and room cleaned every day. We were lucky and given a ground floor apartment near the pool which was fantastic. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.
