Lovely stay, quiet, clean and roomy.
We had a lovely time. Staff were friendly, the hotel is quite quiet which we liked. Two pools which were free most of the time. Our room was clean and even had aircon which we didn’t expect but was lovely in the 30 degree heat.
Wonderful staff and excellent location
We came for 8 nights as a family group of 11, we had superior apartments which I recommend as they have bigger balconies and pool view. Location is brilliant with the beach a short walk away and some lovely restaurants only the road down. Staff were very welcoming; Maria is a credit to the team, she took our breakfast and lunch orders every day, nothing was too much trouble for her, as a larger group we felt well looked after by her in particular but the whole team was great. We did unfortunately have a problem with the cleanliness of the pool but one word to management and this was rectified immediately; I did get the impression that the pool maintenance hadn’t been doing their job properly but management cracked down on this straight away. My biggest advice is if there’s something you want or something you’re unhappy with then just ask as the team are incredible with requests and rectifying any issues. Eg our flight got delayed and we were flying in later than expected, we messaged the team asking if they could put some water in the rooms and all of us had a couple of big bottles each waiting for us which was much appreciated. For us we probably won’t return, the atmosphere was too quiet for us. It is perfect if you want to relax round the pool in peace, but it was far too quiet for us, a couple of our children are neurodiverse and can admittedly be a bit loud and excitable, whilst the staff were completely fine with this; we did get a few looks around the pool and a gentlemen asked the girls to keep the noise down as he was trying to sleep. I feel like these apartments attract a certain clientele because of how relaxed and quiet they are; which is great; but we don’t want to be a nuisance to other guests so for that reason we probably won’t return, but if you’re looking for a quiet break, it really is perfect, thank you to the team for making us feel so welcome

Excellent stay
Excellent stay at the Aqua-Mar. The apartments are spotless and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need if you did cook. The beds are comfy but as a personal preference I would have liked a softer pillow. I went out most days and on returning still managed to get a sunbed round the pool. The staff are lovely, friendly and work hard. The apartments are a short walk down the hill to the beach and are surrounded by great restaurants and bars. If you want a lovely, chilled relaxing place to stay then the Aqua-Mar is perfect.

First class apartments!!
Recently spent 12 nights at Aqua-mar. Great location, spacious apt, spotlessly clean and no problem getting a sunbed anytime of day. Staff helpful. Olhos de Agua is a lovely area. Thank you Paula and team.

Little Gem!
We have stayed in the aquamar apartments many times and have just returned from another great holiday. The apartments are in a fantastic location, close to the beach, restaurants and bars. They are very spacious and spotless. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend and will definitely return.
