Great hotel
Absolutely amazing week. Hotel spotlessly clean, room was spacious and had everything you needed . Always found something to eat , plenty of choice and well presented . Kids loved going to the bar for their drinks and ice cream and using the snack bar . Entertainment was good , the kids loved it thats the main thing .Plenty of sunbeds round the pool . Seen some bad reports about the staff ,but found them ok in general . Gym was a bit sparse with free weights but has a rowing machine , treadmill and cross trainer . All in all i wouldn't hesitate to rebook

Avoid At All Cost
Just spent a week at this hotel . Staff very rude to say the least the only person who was civil was the cleaner .
We arrived Saturday evening quite late due to flight delay and hectic passport control . We were dropped off at the top of the road by the mini Bus . My hands are very bad with arthritis. At reception we were asked to give 150 Euros as deposit just in case we had breakages .we are in our 60’s for god sake so after a very long day travelling we felt as though we had been raped by the hotel reception, who were very rude and told us if we wanted a drink we would have to pay for it as the bar closed at 11pm. The reception staff left hand does not know what the right hand is doing totally conflicting instructions day and night staff , drive me potty . All holiday makers felt the same and do not intend going back same story each time the 150 Euros wanted left a bitter sweet taste !!! Food was good , very clean hotel .have a disabled entrance to the hotel but NO dropped curb struggled to get our cases onto the pavement . Shower to get changed when leaving very poor facilities . If I was the owner of this hotel I would put all my staff on reception through a course on how to be polite and empathetic to customers , as clearly non of them have any etiquette in dealing with customers . Very rude to say the least . It’s 3 star not 4 star and this definitely needs revision.
Avoid at all cost is my recommendation.

Stay clear
Definately not a 4 star hotel .staff really rude,entertainment appalling ,food bland and same everyday .Drinks watered down lager and cocktails from tap .1 iron in the whole of the hotel and no ironing board .Had to ask at reception for maids to change sheets after we had been there 8 days .Maids made beds and changed towels nothing else we ended up cleaning the room ourselves .One day they didn’t clean room so told reception and asked for clean towels the maid brought them to room walked in with out knocking .The al a carte restaurant well what can I say it was was than the the all inclusive food plus you had to pay for the drinks .Whilst sunbathing around the pool we seen a man taking pictures.The next day me and my partner were on there instagram page full view of my partners face and me laid on my belly that should never of happened without our consent .The list is endless but I will stop here .We paid £4000 for this holiday and spent a fortune going out for meals and drinks so if your thinking of staying here I would think again

Good hotel
Great location especially for the strip with a added bonus of a free shuttle bus to the old town . Rooms are clean ,food is good, also no problems getting a sunbed . Would definitely return and recommend
Just the two of us
Can I just say we had a really great 10 days at your hotel. Everything we hoped for. Clean rooms good food. Must give Thomaz the barman a very polite nice man. And Sergio in the restaurant nothing to much trouble for him.All staff was very attentive. Just one gripe found entertainment very mundane
