Amazing service
I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. It is a beautiful fit-out but what stood out was the amazing service we received from Erva. She went above and beyond to make all guests feel welcome and looked-after.

We recently stayed at The Vincent boutique hotel in Valletta. It is a gem located on the edge of the busy centre, away from all the noise of the bars and restaurants in the town, but close to hand when required. All the rooms individually styled and cleaned immaculately everyday. There is a pool on the roof, the area is a little small but a nice addition. The overall atmosphere and service is at a very high standard for a small hotel, all the staff are very friendly and happy to help. Our stay was made extra special by the front of house host Erva and the Manager Jóse who went the extra mile with their customer service, all the other staff were very friendly and helpful too. Great place we would highly recommend this little gem.

Lovely renovation of old Maltese townhouse with a modern twist. Staff were super polite and welcoming. Congratulations to Josè for his excellent approach. Room was well equipped. Shower was hot and efficient. Bed was super comfortable.
Honeymoon stay
The hotel was absolutely amazing, spotless, modern and the bed was very comfortable. The room was decorated with rose petals and a wine bottle was offered to us as a gift for our honeymoon stay. The service was perfect- a huge thank you to Erva for being such a great professional!
