Perfect boutique hotel stay
Another fantastic stay at the Embassy Hotel, Valetta - perfectly located for all that Valetta and the rest of Malta has to offer.
This was my husbands first trip (my 2nd) and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff made us feel so welcome. Check-in was warm and friendly and being offered water and prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch.
Our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived, but we were reassured it would be as soon as possible and received a text the moment it was available. The rooms are as the pictures; spacious and beautiful.
We were celebrating a special birthday and the hotel went above and beyond to make it memorable. The room had been decorated exactly as requested, prosecco and beautiful handmade cakes were waiting for us, a perfect start to the celebrations!
Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choice and the rooftop views from the restaurant each morning were a real highlight.
The biggest compliment has to go to all of the hotel staff, they were absolutely tremendous from start to finish. A special mention for Aleksandar, Guest Relations Manager, who was friendly, attentive and genuinely couldn’t do enough for his guests.
We left the hotel feeling really well looked after a fantastic stay, we would absolutely return. Thank you everyone for taking such good care of us.
Fantastic hotel in prime location
The location is excellent, rooms very comfortable with Aircon that actually does work! Staff are friendly and helpful
Minor downsides
The breakfast area is extremely congested and small , tried once during our weeks stay and then looked for other alternatives nearby such as Caffe Cordino
Pillows are a bit hard
Give plenty of time for a taxi to the airport. If traffic is busy , taxis don’t really want To travel between the town and the airport

Great central Location, great staff, very knowledgeable and friendly, room was very nice, very clean Hotel, and always smelt great when entering reception

An amazing venue
Everything was excellent. Very good location, in the city centre of La Valletta, big room and big bathroom. Very friendly team. To enjoy meals on the rooftop is amazing. A special thanks to Mrs Lucia, the food & beverage manager, who fixed a problem in an excellent way. As I told her, mistakes can happen; the difference is how the hotel team solves them. If I will go back to Malta in the future, I certainly would choose this hotel again.
