Avoid, just terrible to deal with.
Very disappointed, terrible treatment. This hotel demanded an additional E500 to pay Booking.com as a new booking fee having already paid E500 booking fee. Plus the original cost of the stay Vert evasive and refused to confirm booking Avoid this hotel and Booking .com
Truly stunning suite and stay
We had a wonderful stay at SU29. The hotel is perfectly located, with everything in Valletta within easy reach. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. We had the suite on teh op floor, which included a stunning balcony overlooking the Grand Harbour. However, the room itself essentially has floor to ceiling windows on one side, giving the most spactactular views across the roof tops. It didn't feel overlooked at all, and we spent our evenings looking out over the city from both the balcony and inside. I don't know what the other rooms are like - but this suite was absolutely sunning. Everything felt very luxurious, and it was a very special stay.
Simply the best
Thank you to Annamarie, Pam and all the lovely team at Su29 for a fantastic week in Malta. Best service, best breakfast and hotel that I’ve EVER stayed in. The whole team couldn’t do enough - everything perfect. Super location, amazing views from our loft apartment. 20/10 top score!

Excellent stay in the heart of Valletta, Malta
We enjoyed a wonderful seven-night stay at the SU29 charming boutique hotel. Our room was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was very good, and the hotel’s central location made it easy to explore Valletta. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. During one of the days, the area experienced a power outage that lasted several hours, but the team went above and beyond to assist us. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests truly stood out. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Valletta.

Beautiful quiet haven with exceptional view
This is an exceptional hotel. We stayed in the Grand Harbour Sky Villa which was an amazing space in the centre of the city. The room had everything that you could want and was stylish and spacious. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and a credit to the hotel. Anna Marie and Jagdish were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also exceptional. Hot and cold with a huge variety for such a small hotel and number of guests. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay. The location is also very central with two routes to the Main Street and close to bars and restaurants. It is however only accessible by steps so pack light or bring someone strong 💪🏻
