Amazing hotel
Amazing hotel highly recommend & staff went above and beyond providing us with an additional matress late at night when the house keeping had finished for the day. Thanks to the lady on reception and the management team for assisting us. We will definitely be returning.
Fantastic stay at Damare Resort & Spa
My wife an I recently had a wonderful stay at Damare Resort & Spa. Located in the quieter part of St Paul's Bay and right on the seafront it had fabulous view of the bay and all the boats from various parts of the hotel. Communication was great and check-in was easy as it was an option by doing it online prior to going there.
Each and every member of staff was friendly and helpful. We booked late so could only get a road side room which was fine. The room itself was large and had a great bathroom (note - there was a spacious walk in shower and no bath). You could get the room cleaned on whichever days you preferred. The AC was perfect and kept the room at the perfect temperature.
The atmosphere was extremely chilled due to being an adults only hotel - and the rooftop bar and pool had several areas to relax. You could even order your food during the day to be served there. The pool was really clean and has swim up seats to the bar.
Daily breakfasts were a treat and as they were served until 10.30 each morning, the start of the day never felt rushed. We had lunch a couple of times which was good value for money, but the best experience was having dinner in their Apulia restaurant and sitting in the outside terrace overlooking the bay as the sun went down. The food was top quality. I had the lamb shank and my wife had the seafood pasta. The portions were big and we struggled with our desert which we had to order as we were brought out six to choose from!
The hotel is well placed for excursions, with Valetta being less than an hour away, Medina and Rabat around 20 minutes, Melliena about 15 minutes. Malta is a very easy place to get around and see and do things. The hotel has a convenience store close by within walking distance and several places to eat.

Very nice hotel
Good location. Nice pool area. Good cleaning/rom service. Nice pub and resturant. Big and high standard romantic rooms. Good value for money. Low noise level.
Perfection
We stayed here for the first half of our honeymoon and the hotel is fabulous. We were able to get in our room before check in time, rooms absolutely beautiful, perfect for couples. We had a room with a hot tub with an incredible view. The pools are beautiful, food is impeccable and lovely cocktails. Anything we needed the staff were so quick to help, friendly and can’t do enough for you. In particular I’d like to mention Manju, he was constantly smiley, helpful and couldn’t do enough for us continuously throughout our stay. Amazing stay and we will definitely return!
