It's hard not to point out the beauty of this pool and view... But I must also say that the service rendered from Julian at the pool bar is simply perfect. Going above and beyond to ensure customers are happy. Well done!
There's plenty to do within the hotel. 3 Very nice restaurants that cater to different price ranges. We loved the spa, too; the lagoon pool down there is never too busy. The adult pool was also very nice; It was very spacious, and there are lots of beds around.
As for rooms, they are well-kept and seemed to be cleaned thoroughly, although there was some slight mould around the air conditioning. We did get a balcony; however, I didn't sit out much as there were quite a few ants dotted around, signalling some kind of colony
The staff were pleasant and helped out with many different aspects of our stay.
But I wouldn't come again, as it feels too much like a school. It's used as a kind of summer camp for kids. There are literally hundreds of teenagers dotted around, constantly arriving on coaches as part of some programme. They occupy the first 3 floors of the hotel, and wherever you go there's a group of them. Kind of annoying the hotel doesn't mention this beforehand.
Absolutely amazing Resort don't know how anyone could fault it ,clean ,very helpful staff from cleaners to management. Restaurant was great no hassle looking for bookings or ordering specific meals not on menu for kids pool bar was so handy special thanks to Renu who made us so welcome ,breakfast buffet was so well ran big thank you to Jana who was always so polite and took time in her busy shifts to make sure kids were made feel special overall excellent Resort and facilities and staff 💯
