⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kenneth is an absolute asset to The Westin Dragonara
We checked out of The Westin Dragonara this morning and, before leaving, we made a point of speaking to a manager specifically about Kenneth. We were told our feedback would be passed on, but we also wanted to leave a review because he genuinely deserves the recognition.
Kenneth was an absolute joy throughout our stay. Always smiling, always taking the time to say hello, and somehow managing to make every interaction feel genuine rather than simply part of his job.
He would ask us about our day, but he didn’t just ask for the sake of asking - he genuinely seemed interested in the answer. He remembered conversations, took time with guests and made you feel as though nothing was ever too much trouble.
What impressed us even more was that while Kenneth always seemed to have time for people, you could also see just how hard he worked. Whatever he was doing, he was busy and professional, yet he never appeared too busy to acknowledge a guest with that huge smile.
It’s often the people you meet who make the biggest difference to a hotel stay, and Kenneth absolutely did that for us. He is a real asset to the team at The Westin Dragonara Malta and exactly the kind of person you remember after a holiday.
We’re already hoping he’ll still be there when we return next year.
We’ll genuinely miss seeing his smiling face every day. Thank you, Kenneth, for being such a lovely part of our holiday. ❤️

Reef club
We came for a day by the sea at the Reef Club at The Westin and had such a lovely time. The food was great, the atmosphere was relaxed, and all the waiters were amazing and really attentive. Big shoutout to Manwel, the bartender at Bedouin. He was so professional and friendly, and the drinks he made were amazing! Definitely a hidden gem and someone who made our day extra special. Would happily come back!

Beautiful Hotel, Lovely Staff
Our second time staying here, and once again we had a wonderful experience! The hotel is beautiful, with great facilities and lovely areas to enjoy. But the best part is definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly nice, welcoming and attentive. A special mention to the Front Office and Palio’s Restaurant teams, who were exceptional. They really make you feel at home. We will definitely be back!

Incredibly Good!!!
Stunning Hotel - It offered much more than i ever expected! The rooms are nicely appointed - we had a sea and pool view with a balcony. With a great selection of restaurants, our go to was the ORVM/Piano Bar. Beautifully produced dishes and a wonderful vista from the terrace. I want to give a Massive Shout Out to the staff on the 7th Floor. I didn’t get all of their names just Santos, Bhuwan and Katerina so far. They are all exceptional - the rooms were kept in immaculate condition. Thank you. We will definitely be returning for the manifold attractions of:
- Multiple pools and sea fronts to chill out (An adult only area as well 👏)
- Well equipped gym
- Steam room, sauna and jacuzzi.
- Top class restaurants.
- Pianist
- Mind blowing breakfast - what a start to the day!!
- But most of all - the Incredible Staff
