Excellent hotel
Atmosphere excellent, room amazing overlooking the sea, very clean. Location was poor in relation to eating out, a bit run down, so we stayed in tge hotel which was right on the beach. Unfortunately it was a bit too hot to sitesee Malta 33degrees at the time, so the pool and sea were perfect for us. 2 pools outside, 1 inside. We ate outsifde on the terrace in evening, looking at the sea. And daytime several places to get food. We liked sunbeds overlooking the sea, which was clear. Hotel staff attention to details, service and complaints dealt with promptly and successfully. This was a 5star hotel so we expected to pay premium prices. Beautiful hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff make this hotel special, warm and in my mind is the best by far on this beautiful Island. Location, food and wine plus the amazing team behind the Westin make this a must if you are in this part of the world.

Jake is the best
Jake was my favorite. I could not believe he was a trainee! He makes the best soy Carmel lattes at breakfast. He is very attentive to the needs of customers.
Real 5 star experience.
Fantastic Hotel, everything about it is 5 star,especially the wonderful staff throughout the complex. Special mentions to Sunny (operations exec),Lama,Zaid (reception),Sandra, Umair (Palio's Trattoria) and Kieran and Ras at the pool,not to forget Navid and Sukra in the breakfast room. It was so good in June we are returning again at the end of July for another super holiday.
