This award winning hotel is ideally situated in the heart of St. Julians, facing the beautiful Spinola Bay and surrounded by a picturesque scenery, ideal for a romantic getaway. Travellers can find many restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity and there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel, offering easy access to the rest of the island. The establishment consists of an elegant old townhouse with a tasteful interior design and a rooftop swimming pool where guests can enjoy a stunning view over the bay. The rooms are very spacious and present a fresh Mediterranean decoration with plenty of natural daylight. Standard facilities include a flat-screen TV with DVD player, a minibar and free Wi-Fi. Visitors may enjoy a delicious varied menu in the on-site restaurant, which offers a combination of Asian and Continental cuisine in a cosy ambiance. Breakfast is also available with a fine selection of regional products to start the day full of energy.

Brilliant stay at Hotel Juliani
We stayed at Hotel Juliani for six days while on holiday in Malta, and overall we had an awesome stay.
The location is absolutely perfect, with lovely views across Spinola Bay. It’s close to everything you need, and there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel with regular buses to Valletta or elsewhere on the island. If you’re younger and looking to explore Paceville, it’s also close enough to walk there.
Our room was modern, comfortable and very clean. The mattress was great, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. We didn’t have a room overlooking the marina, so the view from our room wasn’t particularly impressive, but we hadn’t paid extra for a view, so this wasn’t really an issue for us.
The rooftop pool was a real bonus. It isn’t the biggest pool, but it’s perfect for having a nice, cold dip when the Maltese sun is really hot. The staff were also fantastic throughout our stay and were always friendly and helpful.
There’s also some amazing swimming in Spinola Bay, which is only about a five-minute walk from the hotel.
One thing I would say is that Hotel Juliani is probably more suited to adults. If you’re travelling with young children, I’d potentially look elsewhere, but for adults or couples wanting to explore Malta, it’s a great choice.
Overall, we had a brilliant stay and would definitely return to Hotel Juliani.

Outstanding service - oasis on Spinola Bay
A fantastic oasis of a hotel in the heart of busy St Julian's Bay. Service here is exceptional with nothing too much trouble. Manwel and Apple on the front desk , Sacha serving us each night in the bar...all wonderful. The Seaview room with balcony is the one to go for - well worth the higher price. Views across Spinola Bay - stunning. The hotel's Zest restaurant is fine dining Asian and delicious. For more simple fare there are also a vast array of cafes and restaurants to choose from on the waterfront of varying quality. The hotel's rooftop pool is more for a dip to cool off than a swim but a real treat with sunbeds and beanbags to sit in and look out on the Bay from nine floors up. The place turns into a bar with cocktails and snacks in the evening. Very chic.
Great boutique hotel in an excellent location
Great little hotel. Lovely rooftop pool although sun loungers are not padded and uncomfortable. Seaview rooms are definitely worth paying up for compared to standard rooms which feel more basic, although essentially the same. Restaurant is very good. Spa was very reasonable. Overall value for money was excellent.

A wonderful experience
My stay at Hotel Juliani was as wonderful as always! My friends and I keep coming to Hotel Juliani again and again as it offers a quality service and a good location. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are great and super clean. The view from the balcony is nice and the bed is super comfortable. At Hotel Juliani you can enjoy delicious food and chilling by the rooftop pool. Treatments at the Spa Royal are excellent! We will surely be back again!
The best choice in St.Julian's
Hotel Juliani is excellent in every way. I stay here frequently for business, and every visit is consistently outstanding.
The location is perfect, the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, and the rooms are exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep.
The breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality food. Most importantly, the service is outstanding. The staff is always friendly, professional, and attentive, making every stay a pleasure.
I highly recommend Hotel Juliani to both business and leisure travelers. I always look forward to coming back!
