Superb Hotel
This is a top class hotel with superb facilities and exceptional staff. A fantastic choice, with a central location and endless attention to detail.
Customer Service
We had a bad experience on check in which could have been easily resolved but there was no attempt at a goodwill gesture which is unfortunate in a 5 star hotel.

A wonderful place to stay while sightseeing in Malta.
The hotel and staff make this a 5 star experience. The location was perfect for sightseeing during the day and had something going on at night to unwind before heading up to the room. The rooms are clean and have all the amenities you need while away. I would stay here again when visiting Malta.
Fantastic hotel & Impeccable Service
The service is the best we've ever had & we travel a lot. Food is fantasic, some of the best we ate while in Malta. Very clean, beautiful space, rooftop pool is great. But overall it was the service from beginning to end that was the best.

Breakfast needs to be improved.
Don’t book the breakfast. Among the Maltese specialties, ants were on the plates. There were not ripe pineapple and watermelons. I read Prosciutto Crudo on the menu and didn't get one, although I asked for it. I had to bring my luggage to the room myself and could not decide between several rooms. The rooms where clean. I can also book a nice a 3 or 4 star hotel and get the same for a cheaper price.
