I enjoyed my stay
While my room was fantastic the place itself is a bit of a maze. Pool and beach bar close at 6 which sucked but is lovely place and by the water where no many people visit. Honestly good price for what it was as well.

Poor service
We are currently staying at the Hilton, and to jump straight to it, this hotel is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, but unfortunately it is NOT! The service here is very poor, there is a number of staff, but they just pretend to be busy or stand around in groups talking, the facilities are adequate but not a 5 star hotel with 5 star service! The pools are dirty, the rooms are basic for a 5 star hotel, the food here again we feel is not up to parr, would not recommend
Different but still a gem of a hotel.
We have been coming to the Hilton for approx 20 years.It stood out because of its beautiful Maltese staff,sadly the staff are no longer all Maltese.It is still however a lovely hotel.Staff that stand out are Martin, who manages the pool and Silvia who works in the restaurant in the morning both are Maltese. In the evening Patricia and Isa are fabulous, both are non Maltese.I highly recommend breakfast and the evening buffets, which are of superb quality and value. See you next summer as always.Please pass our thanks to the afore mentioned who made our stay special.

Excellent hotel
An excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We will certainly be returning.
The hotel is not for leisure and relaxation.
It’s very very very noisy hotel. If you want relax here you could not do that. Some pool employees are incredibly rude, unprofessional and aggressive. Some employees in reception are not professional. Only one huge thank for perfect staff in executive lounge. The lady who works here many years has always made our vacation amazing .
