Thinking of holidaying in St Julian's, Malta? You're in for a treat. One of the island's newest resorts, it's already one of the most popular. And partly that's because of some of the fabulous hotels here – in fact there are more luxury hotels in St Julian's than there are anywhere else on the island. And the Cavalieri Hotel is an easy recommendation.
The Cavalieri Hotel is the ideal choice for so many reasons: its facilities are top notch, and its location is perfect – quietly tucked away, but only a few hundred yards from the heart of St Julian's Spinola Bay.
St Julian's promises the quintessential sunshine holiday. Long, hot days at the water's edge or, if you're staying at the Cavalieri Hotel, you can enjoy the hotel lido too. At night, you can explore along the harbour-front discovering tucked away restaurants and cafes, or just taking in the heady evening air. The bright lights of adjacent Paceville draws younger travellers to the entertainment centres' many clubs.
With the Cavalieri Hotel as your base, you've got the best of both worlds; all that St Julian's and the Cavalieri have to offer. Comfort is definitely on the menu; the wonderfully cool, air conditioned rooms boast twin beds and en suite bathrooms (with shower and bath, all deluxe rooms include a walk-in shower). Each has satellite TV, radio, direct dial phone, safe, (unstocked) mini bar and tea/coffee too. Hairdryers are available upon request at no extra charge.
The hotel also boasts two bars and a TV room. And with live entertainment on offer most nights, you'll soon be busy having the time of your life.
As you'd expect with a hotel of this quality, there are so many extra amenities, including a GP on call, an on-site laundrette and dry cleaning service; even a souvenir shop. And, with its solarium and second pool (which is heated through the colder months), the Cavalieri Hotel is just as popular in the winter too.
St Julians is one of Malta's most vibrant and popular resorts, and the Cavalieri Hotel is one of its most popular places to stay. So if you are really thinking about a holiday in St Julian's, why not come and see the best that this island has to offer?

This hotel is located just over 200 yards from Spinola Bay, in the heart of St Julian's, and no less than 400 yards from Paceville. The hotel is right on the water's edge and has its own private lido with a large outdoor swimming pool, a children's pool and a sundeck with solarium containing a second pool, enclosed and heated in the winter and open during the summer.
Hotel fell well below expectation for 4 star and part of Radisson group. Location is good, short walk to bars etc. Hotel appears to be having some refurb work but didn't affect our stay. Friendly staff overall and cannot fault the your housekeeping staff. Thank you for the immediate attention given to faulty balcony door. Bedroom was fine but needs updating. Sink in bathroom chipped again needs updating. Liked the art exhibition. What we didn't enjoy: Found the restaurant very cold to sit in, aircon was bit extreme! Food was ok not the greatest quality and nothing special and often not very hot. Hot food was cold by time we got to table first couple of nights of stay so we ended up eating outside. Plates not warm, which found unusual. Couple of days we witnessed management/staff NOT customers reserving sunbeds by grouping together and placing towels on them...why...special treatment!! Struggled to get served one night in the bar so left and went elsewhere.
We booked into this hotel to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and the wife’s 60th birthday. After un7and ready to go out the wife wanted to use the toilet. When she sat on the toilet the toilet tipped forward off the floor. She then flushed as you do and water from the cistern gushed out all over the back of the toilet like a fire hydrant exploding, flooding the bathroom and the hallway. Definitely a “carry on” moment. The receptionist who came up to the room even commented that shouldn’t happen and even tilted the toilet about 70 degrees forward, showing the silicone that was only holding it down..The toilet wasn’t secured to the floor with screws only silicone you put around sinks etc. definitely a rush job. We were eventually moved to another room where when showering the bathroom would flood due to the design of the shower tray.we had to put towels down to stop water travelling. Also our kettle was faulty and it took over 48hrs before someone could be bothered replacing it. This hotel is in the middle of a renovation so ask at reception if you can inspect the room before excepting it.
Everything perfekt,Hause keeping ,bar and Restaurant staff perfekt Thanks For everything See you Next time 🙏🏾
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right by the sea, with breathtaking views that made every morning and evening special. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the sunset from the hotel was unforgettable.
The food was excellent, especially the breakfast and dinner. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, while dinner was always tasty, well-prepared, and served with great attention to detail.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing seaside getaway with beautiful views and outstanding food. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed in 8 different Radisson properties this year and this is by far the worst experience. Take the nearby Radisson Blu better.
