Housekeeping service: Nimesh Fernando
I want to specifically highlight Nimesh Fernando, who cleaned our room. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly takes real pride in his work whilst housekeeping staff on other days did a great job too. Our room was kept perfectly by Nimesh. While other aspects of our overall hotel experience left something to be desired, Naimesh’s service was a l highlight, and it’s staff like him who make a real difference to guests.

If you haven’t booked it - your lucky
Five star - not a chance the hotel is dated the corridors to the rooms absolutely wreak of damp - pool was murky - breakfast was like a cattle market we ended up only eating there twice - lifts were broken - the only saving grace is your staff - your staff are amazing from concierge to reception to pool to Sun especially in the bar - toilets were filthy - if you haven’t booked this then don’t - The owners need to put some money into it to bring it up to scratch - your getting by on your reputation but once you’ve went and experienced it you’ll be hard pushed to go back, your location is excellent but everything is so dated - sadly this is a massive no from us but a massive well done to your staff - they don’t let you down - the owners do so put your hands in your pockets and wake up
