LOVELY HOTEL
Just back from a week at this Hotel, had a lovely time the staff were so friendly, polite and helpful, the food was very good there was a good choice at breakfast and in the evening. Our room was on the 6th floor which was lovely and we had a great view of Valletta from our balcony

Fantastic staff at pool bar.
I have had the pleasure of spending a number of days at the rooftop pool and bar on the 9th floor of AX The Palace, and I can honestly say it has been one of the highlights of my stay in Malta.
The setting is superb, with stunning views, a relaxing atmosphere, excellent food and beautifully prepared cocktails. What truly makes this place exceptional, however, is the team.
A special mention must go to Kristian, whose passion for cocktail making is evident in every drink he serves. He is incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable, always taking the time to recommend something new or prepare a cocktail exactly to your taste. His enthusiasm and attention to detail are outstanding and make every visit memorable.
Kumar also deserves recognition for his warm welcome, excellent service and genuine care for guests. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is looked after.
Finally, Sandi, who looked after us throughout our stay, was simply wonderful. She was always smiling, attentive, efficient and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Her friendly personality and exceptional service added enormously to our experience.
The entire team works together seamlessly to create an atmosphere that is both professional and welcoming. They are a real credit to AX The Palace and are a perfect example of how outstanding customer service can elevate an already beautiful venue.
Thank you, Kristian, Kumar and Sandi, for making our stay so enjoyable. We will leave with wonderful memories and will certainly return the next time we visit Malta. Highly recommended!
Rooftop bar a highlight!
The highlight of our stay was surely the Pool Bar/rooftop restaurant. All the staff were so happy to help, kind and a pleasure to deal with.
Kumar was a standout. I have a new found appreciation for Nepali culture!

Noisey, poor staff, avoid
Booked family room for 5 nights. We were on 2nd floor and for first 2 nights they put an outside event on with music just below our room. Music went on until 11:30pm. I complained and they provided 50% off for one night. Just not good or proffessional - definetly not a 5 star hotel. Rooms are small, breakfast is limited, furniture date, and staff not proffessional.

AX The Palace
Stayed here with family for a week. Excellent location offering amenities close by as well as a short walk from the coast. All of the staff were extremely amicable and offered excellent service. Rooms were always clean and well kept. Our cleaner Sanam was very friendly and kept our room pristine and made sure all our needs were seen to. All in all a lovely hotel that offers everything you can think of 👌
