The Urban Valley Resort aims to make guests feel on top of the world, they do this by offering a range of facilities and top class service. Set in the beautiful gardens of the hotel are two large outdoor swimming pools in a charming valley setting. There is also an indoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Enjoy a few rounds of tennis on one of the hotels two tennis courts, this is at an extra fee then the equipment is provided.
The hotel's restaurants serve a wide range of mouthwatering cuisine to please everybody's taste buds and something the hotel is very proud of is their fantastic range of desserts. After enjoying a tasty meal, you can head to one of the hotel's bars which serves hot drinks, fine wines, dazzling cocktails and a range of soft drinks.

All the guestrooms have been carefully designed with comfort in mind. Rooms are luxurious and equipped with all the standard amenities. This includes; high-quality beds, TV, minibar (at a fee), telephone, tea/coffee facilities, working desk, hairdryer and toiletries. All rooms are complete with a balcony or terrace. Amazing stay at this beautiful resort
The stay here was amazing. We arrived around midnight and at the 24/7 check in desk was a very helpfull and friendly man. He informed us that we got a free room upgrade to the family room. So that was a nice surprise. The rest of the stay was also great and every time we went to the frontdesk they helped us very well. You can get new free towels for the pool area every day if you want. The breakfast is also pretty extensive with some daily specials that are often delicious. The room gets cleaned daily if you want so the room is very neat and clean when you arrive. The free shuttle service to Valetta and Sliema is also very handy. You do have to sign up at the front desk beforehand, which we didn't know in the beginning. Overall an amazing experience

Lovely little hotel
Stayed here for a week with my 10 year old daughter. We were looking for a nice good value hotel to base ourselves close to Valletta and Sliema with the aim of mixing up the week between days out and lazy pool days. This hotel was perfect for that.
The hotel offers a free shuttle service to Sliema and Valletta, you just need to book in advance.
The hotel was very clean and well presented. The pool very well maintained. Rooms very spacious and cleaned daily.
The food was very good: excellent choice of breakfast buffet and the evening buffets were equally good, with a different theme each night. So plenty of variety.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The only slight downside is the location: the nearest shop is a good 15 minute walk up a hill. Not pleasant if it’s really hot but we did make a nice evening walk out of it after dinner.
Overall, definitely would recommend for a a few nights stay.

I just arrived here and I have to oraise all receptionists but mostly HEMANT because I did not have a table where I could work from the room and he arranged directly for me to change to a room with a desk. He had also finished his shift from work so he went out of his way to help me even if he had finished from work. Thank You Hemant.
