Beautiful hotel
Overall the Corinthian hotel is excellent. Our room was good and the housekeeping was exceptional. Staff are all very friendly and attentive. Pool and gardens are beautiful. There are 3 restaurants which are all very good but quite expensive. Most of the visitors were older couples which made for a very pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. My only disappointment was that the outdoor pool was very cold and the presence of some guests small dogs. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel as a place to stay however.

Really rather disappointing .
Not a good start.
Arrived late in the evening travelling with Jet2. We are on a half board package.
The “premium”room with a garden view had seen much better days. It was generally tatty. The view was mostly of a large flat roof and the road.
We complained at once, but were told it would be days before we could move. Jet2 became involved and we did move to a much better room the next day. It was disappointing that we had to pay extra for the move. We had already paid for a 5 star room.
The staff are charming and the food has been very good. The pool area is small but pleasant.
The main dining room was closed on our arrival evening however our late meal in the pool bar was fine.
We were told this evening that the main dining room will be closed yet again for a private party tomorrow. The pool bar is likely to be closed due to bad weather. Our meal we are informed can be room service or “picky bits” in the lounge.
Not much of a choice.
This hotel has been at the luxury end of hospitality since 1968. If if wants to keep it’s reputation it will need to treat hotel guests with much more consideration.

Lovely stay at this charming hotel.
Our last day, we have really enjoyed our stay of 7 days. Food is very good indeed, we mostly ate in The Secret Garden. Breakfast is good, lots of choice. Staff are helpful and friendly. Near to airport and easy to get around. Bolt taxis are fantastic, the most we waited was literally 4 minutes!! Pool area very pretty and spa is spotless. We were in room 336, huge.

Brilliant Service!
We stayed for one week at this lovely hotel and we had a lovely stay. It is a beautiful building, brilliant location, the rooms are comfortable and the grounds stunning. However, above all else, service was outstanding and what sets this hotel apart from anywhere else on the island. Whether you are lounging at the pool, eating in one of the restaurants or needing help at the reception, nothing is too much trouble!

Wonderful stay.
Came here in May and felt we had to return so recently back from another visit. This is truly a very very good hotel. Recently refurbished room, very fresh and comfortable. A main reason for returning was the quality of food,at Villa Corinthia both at breakfast and if you chose to eat at dinner both experiences very good. Great food and the staff at both sittings very polite,friendly, and professional. Another option for lunch or dinner is the Secret Garden, again options at both sittings very good, accompanied by friendly servers. We had a bit of inclement weather,scattered showers during our stay, but Harish the pool guy really worked hard getting the sun beds and towels out and having to whisk everything back inside at a moments notice. Always rushing about as guests came and went during the day, so he really deserves a mention. All the staff genuinely friendly and attentive and strive to make your stay a good one. Will definitely return.
