⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely fantastic stay – highly recommend! We have just returned from the most wonderful stay at the Mayflower Hotel, and I cannot praise it enough! The entire hotel was always exceptionally clean and tidy throughout our trip, including our room . The staff are an absolute credit to the hotel—they were always so happy, friendly, and attentive, and absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them. We opted for the breakfast option, and it was a definite plus! It took away all the worry of sorting out food in the morning and ensured we started every single day right. The rooftop pool area is lovely, and the panoramic views from the top are completely amazing. On top of all that, the location is perfect and situated very close to the main bus depot, making exploring the island incredibly easy. As an extra bonus, their customer service is truly outstanding. When we accidentally left a highly sentimental item behind in our room after checkout, the management team went above and beyond to recover it for us immediately. Exceptional service from start to finish—we had a fantastic stay! Made amazing memories for my daughter's 1st holiday abroad and we will definitely be back ,keep up the good work team mayflower and we will definitely be back again x X
Great hotel
We stayed here for 10 nights from 21st September and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel is in a great location, was very clean and our room was cleaned daily. Room was spacious with a lovely power shower. Staff were friendly. Good choice of breakfasts to suit all tastes. Infinity pool had fantastic views and ample sunbeds. For feedback only, would have been beneficial to have a plug socket near the mirror in the room and also better ventilation in the bathroom, hence 4 stars, however, cannot fault this hotel otherwise. Highly recommend

Terrible hotel
The hotel was shocking. Pool was very dirty and the pool cups were also unclean. The rooms had stained mattresses and dust accumulated on the extract fans. The shower cubicles leaked and the shower drains were mouldy. There was also visible mould on the base of the room curtains and the room air conditioning was intermittent. I would strongly recommend not staying here. The manager Malcolm was also not present at any time to facilitate our requests for an early checkout due to the issues stated and further went on to deny the refund.
Lovely hotel, but .........
Lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff and very clean. The only negative was that there wasn't a power point near to a mirror to use my hair straighteners ☹️
Everything is just ok.
Spent a week visiting during October. Check in wasn’t overly welcoming, the room was cleaner and certainly better than we expected. The pool area was fine and with much of the hotel everything was adequate but no more. The biggest let down for us was breakfast, there’s plenty of choice but even when fresh hot food was being brought out it seemed to go cold quickly. Despite having a b&b basis we decided to have breakfast elsewhere a couple of times. The maitre de called Isabella was lovely and helpful, as was the lady who booked trips. We have no idea who the hotel manager was. Silly things like staff smoking outside the entrance, nobody asking about your stay upon check out and notices in the lift about the pool been closed, when it wasn’t.
