wonderful experience, super kind staff, beautiful room and swimming pool
A pleasant stay.
Just home from a ten night stay at the Best Western. Lots of positives, some of which I have listed below. Also a a couple of suggestions where things could be improved.
Positives:
- Staff at hotel all friendly, professional, helpful and polite throughout our stay.
- Rooms, good size with plenty of space for clothes etc. Mini fridge was excellent and nice touch it was filled on arrival at no cost. Excellent shower. Good air con.
- Bed was to die for. It was huge and we wish we could have taken it home with us we all slept great!
- Pool - lovely with unbelievable views. Pool bar also excellent with QR code order to lounger service. Loungers themselves comfortable and no crazy rush to put towels down, beds were generally available when you needed them, we only struggled one day.
- Free pool table which my 11 year old loved.
- We hired a car throughout our stay and there was free parking underneath the hotel with your own little garage allocated. This is provided on a first come first served basis and was great as it kept the car cool and safe.
Things that could be improved:
- The air con whilst good had no remote control. It looked like you could connect via Bluetooth but receptionist said this didn’t work so if you want to switch it on or off during the night you need to get up to do it. This was a bit frustrating.
- Steps into pool dangerously slippy. I badly injured myself falling on entering and witnessed a few others slip too.
Lastly, we had booked a junior suite and weeks in advance had requested a room on an upper floor ideally with view, as we enjoy spending time on the balcony as a family. Whilst we acknowledge requests cannot be guaranteed we were very disappointed to be allocated a room on the first floor (of 8) with no view other than straight into private apartments across the pathway.

Amazing experience.
Nice pool, friendly and super helpful service, everything clean and new. Gym with a nice structure, the SPA as well. Super spacious room, very large and comfortable bed. The breakfast could have more options in fruits and pastries but it was ok for the price.

We felt welcomed from the very beginning. They were very friendly to us and guided us really well. The hotel was clean and had everything you need. The service was excellent. I also liked the scent when you enter the hotel.

Had a lovely week at the best western. Staff are so nice and friendly. Couldn’t have chosen a better hotel to stay!!!
