Lovely holiday
The staff were really helpful and accommodating during our stay, veiw from the room were picturesque worth upgrading for sew veiw, if I ever return to Malta again this will definitely be my choice of hotel again
Fantastic hotel
We stayed a total of ten nights at pergola…The staff were helpful and the room was clean and had fantastic views . The food was outstanding breakfast and dinner . The pools were all clean and well kept the only issue I found with the pools was people who wasn’t staying at the hotel could pay for a day pass to swim and use the bar I thought this possibly caused overcrowding for the guests and the possibility of security issues for guests belongings. The cave bar was amazing but in my opinion overpriced which forces you to have drinks elsewhere.and the flys on the bar desperately need addressing I would definitely give an overall 8•5 out of ten the location is amazing..
Wonderful short break
I came with my wife and kids. We all had a wonderful time. Check in was seamless and reception staff couldnt do enough to help us. We were booked on half board and found that we only needed the two meals per day as there was so much on offer. My wife is gluten free and when we realised on the first night that there wasnt really gluten free chicken option the chef hand made a dish for her beautifully presented and then sorted gluten free toast in the morning for breakfast. Again served by great staff, special mention to Sachin who looked after us and even gave us a voucher for a free drink at the end of our meal. Highly recommended!
Beautiful hotel, beautiful views and friendly staff!
Such a fantastic hotel, such friendly reception team, beautiful cave bar, rooms are spacious, and the sea view is definitely worth the extra! We were served by Sachin at breakfast and he was a pleasure, very helpful and friendly and helped us when we requested vegan sausages 🥰 grazzi!
