Great stay at the Kempinski Hotel
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was exceptionally clean, tidy, comfortable, and very well maintained.
The staff were amazing; so friendly, welcoming, helpful, and always happy to assist. Their kindness and professionalism really made our stay even more enjoyable.
Our room was spotless and very comfortable, and the whole hotel had a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. We were truly impressed with the attention to detail and the high standard of service.
We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so pleasant and memorable!

A league of it's own in Malta and Gozo.
We've visited this hotel 12 times in the last 18 months. Everytime we come it goes up another level.
Jessica in kids club looks after our 3 children so well that they always hope there's an extra hour. Thanks so much Jessica you are an absolute star of the hotel.
Christian makes us feel special everytime we visit, always on hand providing the highest level of customer service we've experienced.
We live in Malta and for us this is a true getaway each time we visit albeit 20 minutes away from home on a Ferry.
We've stayed in many hotels in Malta and Gozo but the Kempinski is on a different level.
Lymphatic Massage
I had a lymphatic massage with Chinnumol today, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, gentle and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment.
Her technique was excellent, and I could genuinely feel the difference afterwards lighter, more relaxed and refreshed. What impressed me most was her attention to detail and the calm, caring way she works. You can immediately tell that she takes pride in what she does and truly cares about her clients.
Exceptional service from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Chinnumol to anyone looking for a professional and high quality lymphatic massage. I will definitely be returning. Five stars without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

High quality 'lux' experience
We stayed at the Kempinski for three nights. The room and bathroom were of a good size, and it was well-maintained, if a little bit plain. We had a balcony area that overlooked the children’s pool, which we would recommend avoiding if you are looking to enjoy a quieter visit. The pool areas are excellent though. There is an adult-only pool which was screened from the children’s play pool on both sides with vegetation, so the noise did not interfere with grown-up relaxation. The adult-only pool is very deep - the kind for swimming and cooling off, not for hanging around in, which more than anything else seemed to naturally keep the children away. Staff were friendly and proactive at ensuring we had drinks and what we needed to enjoy our time by the pool. It was a big pool, with plenty of shade and loungers. The breakfast at the Kempinski was really excellent - very comprehensive, expansive and varied. It had all of the usual options, along with a few unusual ones, and it had a luxury feel to it. The shared spaces all had an elevated feel, especially the indoor pool and spa areas, and the coffee bar.
