Beautiful Hotel & Amazing Staff – Great Stay with Minor Family Limitations
We spent a week at Kempinski Gozo in a Junior Suite with a main pool view, traveling with our infant, and overall had a fantastic stay. The hotel is beautiful, with charming architecture and a very relaxing atmosphere. Our room was exactly as pictured—spacious, clean, and perfect for the three of us, with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was a standout highlight, with excellent variety and quality. The staff were consistently warm and attentive, especially with our baby—providing high chairs, baby cutlery, and thoughtful service throughout. Free semi-indoor parking was also a big plus in the summer heat. A few areas could be improved. Housekeeping was not quite at a 5-star level and sometimes slow. The family pool was a bit underwhelming—mostly shaded with less comfortable sunbeds compared to the main pool, which is clearly the nicer area with full service and a pool bar. It was also a bit restrictive that our infant wasn’t allowed in the main pool area at all, even without swimming. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt very well taken care of. While it may be slightly better suited to couples or older guests, it’s still a lovely hotel with many strong points, and we would happily return.
A perfect Gozo stay
This is one of the best hotels we've been to. The location is fantastic. The peace that one can find in this hotel is amazing if you're looking for a couple of days to disconnect from everything. The staff is wonderful The pool is amazing and the room was just perfect. The fact that staff is constantly giving attention to the guests is a big thumbs up. If you are looking for luxury this is the perfect value for money too. Everything is clean. Breakfast is top too.
The place to go_zo in Gozo!
We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights at the beginning of June and had a lovely time. Their main asset were of course the staff who all worked tirelessly to make our stay with them the best it possibly could be. In spite of a couple of minor issues in our room which were resolved immediately, nothing was too much for whoever we spoke to. Particular mention must go to both Laurence and Emma on the breakfast service as they could not have been any more helpful and always had a smile which starts the day off wonderfully. Front desk were always on message too, with Gorken always showing his true potential in a positive way. A highlight for us was the spa and particularly the Hammam pool, steam room and sauna, which in spite of the heat outside were just the quiet and relaxing tonic we were looking for. Again the spa staff were all so helpful and friendly. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here and whenever we choose to visit the island again, this will be our first choice place to rest our heads.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of our holiday. We would especially like to recognize two amazing members of your staff who made our experience even more memorable.
First, we would like to thank Maria, who works by the pool. She was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. She always took great care of us, making sure we had everything we needed, and her warm personality made every visit to the pool a pleasure. She truly enhanced our holiday experience.
We would also like to thank Mary from housekeeping. She went far beyond her regular duties with her kindness and genuine care for the guests. When I got lost trying to find my room, she immediately noticed and offered to help without me even asking. She took the time to show me the way and did so with a smile and such a cheerful attitude. Her willingness to help and positive energy were truly appreciated.
We are very grateful for the outstanding hospitality we received. Staff members like Maria and Mary make all the difference, and they made our stay even more special. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!:)
