Gozo is much smaller than the Maltese mainland and has retained a charming sense of timelessness all its own. The Grand Hotel is located right in the harbour, a perfect place for an evening stroll to take in the sights, colours and sounds of seaside life as the sun goes down.
The Grand Hotel really does live up to its name. From the outside, the façade is impressive and the pool affords a lovely view across the water as you swim. Inside, the hotel is of a high standard with well furnished rooms and tasteful décor. All rooms are en suite, some rooms feature a walk-in shower, but most offer a bathtub. All rooms have air conditioning and heating to ensure your comfort, whatever time of year you choose to visit. Rooms are also equipped with satellite TV, mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities, Wi-Fi, direct dial telephone and hairdryer. If you really want to make the most of this wonderful location, seaview and superior rooms are available at a supplement – just ask when you book.
The views are also fantastic from the restaurant and bar which you'll find on the rooftop of the hotel. Relaxing staycation
Excellant location with stunning views of the port of Mgarr. Sumptuous breakfast and nice variety of items. Well equipped and tidy rooms. Fabulous staff. Will visit again.
One of the nicest hotels weve ever stayed in with amazing staff
Beautiful hotel in a fabolous location overlooking the harbour. Huge room which was the largest ive ever stayed in. Staff were excellent as were the facilities especially the amazing pool. There were no shops nearby and only a few resturants down the hill. But the ones we tried were superb.

Returning to the Grand Hote every year is a cherished tradition that began with my oarents, and the place stil holds the same maaic anc relaxing atmosphere for me. The infinity pool creates a beautiful illusion of being directly in the ocean, perfectly framing the view of the ferries passing by and the Lourdes Chapel atop the cliffs The rooms are wonderful equipped with all necessary facilities, superb air conditioning, and stunning views. A small complimentary bottle of water on arrival is a thoughtful touch. The dining experience is exceptional equipped with all necessary facilities, superb air condlitioning, and stunning views. The dining experience is exceptional, from the high-quality breakfast to the Level Nine restaurant which is recommended by Michelin and truly one of the best on the island. With excellent staff and qreat value for money, the Grand Hotel remains an outstanding destination.

Fantastic hotel in an unspoiled location
We came as a family of four, kids, 19 & 18. The hotel was better than expected. It is in a great location near to the ferry terminal. Fab views over the harbour and sea. The rooms are spacious, spotless and have everything you need. Great pool. Staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. There isn’t the usual morning sunbed battle, always enough. Gozo itself is unspoilt and lots to see and do.

I had an amazing experience here. The service was outstanding—especially Daniela, who went above and beyond to look after us. She was friendly, attentive, and made everything perfect. The hotel has beautiful views, delicious food, and lovely clean rooms. We are definitely returning soon with our whole family! Thank you for everything!
