Bitzaro Boutique Hotel, located in the heart of Zakynthos Town, offers a charming and contemporary escape for travelers. The hotel features tastefully decorated rooms equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and private balconies, ensuring a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere with personalized service in this stylish setting.
The hotel is ideally situated within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and attractions, making it a convenient base for exploring the island. With its warm ambiance and excellent location, Bitzaro Boutique Hotel provides a relaxing retreat for those visiting Zakynthos.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Due to our flight home being cancelled due to the recent IT outage, we found ourselves placed in this hotel for a couple of nights. Fabulous rooms and great breakfast. All the staff we encountered were really really nice but a special shout-out needs to be given to Angelika who was so very helpful to us throughout what was quite a stressful time. She helped us secure the second night's stay and found somewhere for us to stay the third night.
Lovely little boutique hotel. I'm a clean freak when it comes to hotels and I didn't have one complaint here. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Angelie was amazing at getting us a great room. The breakfast buffet was good and all of the front desk staff were very friendly. If I'm ever in Zakynthos again, this will be my go to spot.
We went to Zakynthos for the easter weekend.
I picked this hotel because it was a boutique hotel. Having travelled a lot, I have found the boutique hotels offer the best in rooms along with service.
The hotel was closely located to the centre of Zakynthos (2 min walk), but close enough to be away from the noise. The hotel is very modern, clean and the rooms offer everything you would need. We booked an Executive Double room with Sea View. We had a very large balcony with two relax chairs. The room itself had a huge double bed, room safe, plenty of storage if you need it. The bathroom had a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower if you fancy that sort of thing, which I do. Overall, a 10/10 for the room.
The breakfast was plentiful, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They simply couldn’t do enough. Thank you to all of them.
This is a gem of a hotel and one you should choose if you stay in Zakynthos. We will be back to stay again soon.
I don’t really know where to begin, because words fall short to describe how special our stay at the Bizarro Boutique Hotel has been. We had booked eight nights in this fantastic hotel, but unfortunately, my boyfriend and I had a car accident during our holiday.
From that moment on, the staff did everything they could to help us. Every single day, they came to the hospital to see how we were doing. They even brought us breakfast, so we still felt a little bit at home during those difficult days. When we were finally able to return to the hotel, extra amenities were waiting for us without us even having to ask.
The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, peacefully located, and still close to the city centre. The interior is beautifully decorated with a modern, warm atmosphere that immediately makes you feel comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and very generous, with lots of fresh options every morning. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer lovely views of the surrounding area.
But what really makes it special is the genuine warmth and care of the entire team. We have never experienced such personal service anywhere. We didn’t feel like just guests, but truly welcomed and cared for like family.
We are incredibly grateful for everything the hotel and the staff have done for us. We will definitely come back here many more times, because you rarely find hospitality like this. This hotel deserves all the praise and appreciation.
The inclusion of the word “boutique” in a hotel's name is often misplaced or misleading, but in the case of the Bitzaro it is perfectly understandable : this is an exceptionally chic little place, the good taste of the modern décor being evident as soon as you step inside the cool lobby. It's only five minutes walk along the shore road from the end of the port of Zakynthos Town, distance enough to make it easily accessible without being thrust into a sometimes noisy evening scene. Rooms are just as smart as the reception area would suggest, with clever design touches and appliances. Breakfast is very good, provided by discreet and pleasant staff, and anyone needing an early morning swim has only to walk across the road and jump into the sea with the bunch of regular locals.
