Situated on the east coast of Zakynthos Island, 6 km from the port and 13 km from the airport, this charming hotel is just 700 metres from the sea. Every year, the nearby beach is awarded an International Blue Flag because of its pristine clean waters. The area is popular with tourists of all ages and offers a wide array of activities for those, who find swimming and sunbathing monotonous. Visitors can choose between horse riding, tennis, soccer, bowling. Families with children will find all necessary amenities within the premises, as between the two buildings there is a big swimming pool with a children's area and a bar where parents can enjoy refreshing drinks, unique cocktails and wonderful, entertaining evenings.

What a gem
Where do I start with this amazing gem of a place…
We stayed for a week…it just wasn’t long enough!
Room - we were in a room with a hot tub, gorgeous and absolutely spotless…
Pool area and beds - comfiest I’ve ever experienced!
Food Breakfast was included, and something for everyone… Lunch and Dinners - everything we tried was lovely.. Drinks menu - fab choice of hot / cold / soft / alcoholic drinks…
Yiannis, Katerina & Dimitri - work tirelessly to make the trip perfect, nothing is too much trouble and anything you need - just ask…
Eloise & George - always service with a smile and both work so hard
Cleaning Ladies - always smiling, polite and work so hard…
Cannot forget Mollie - gorgeous little lady 🐶
Location - up a slight hill around 10 mins walk to centre of Tsilivi. So you can have the best of both worlds - peace and quiet or in the thick of it…
We will definitely return, just an amazing place!
Also a shoutout to the Pantheon Massive, we met some fab people whilst we were there, such a great atmosphere around the hotel…

Fantastic holiday, didn’t want to leave this beautiful hotel!
I have returned here for the last 4 years, many people do as it’s the best family hotel I have ever stayed at on Greece! I have travelled Greece for 38 years and stayed at many family small hotels, this family have made me feel like part of the family! Refurbished this year, it truly is stunning and always spotlessly clean! Towels changed every day, rooms cleaned every day, and bedding changed every 3 days. The breakfast has an amazing choice for everyone! Katerina is a great cook, do try the food in the evening, it’s delicious! The family go out of their way to make your holiday the best!
Hidden Gem .
What a wonderful family run hotel ! We had a 7 night stay in a junior suite and were absolutely delighted with our room. We had 2 balconies from which we could see the olive groves and the sea and of course had a jacuzzi ! Breakfast at the hotel was more than adequate and continually restocked. We also had lunch and dinner in some days at the hotel which was absolutely lovely. Our room was cleaned daily and towels and bedding changed frequently. Dimitri and his family were very welcoming and extremely friendly and take great pride in their hotel….we hope to return soon.

Little hidden Gem amazing
Wow what an amazing hotel little hidden gem. Family run hotel, nothing was to much trouble, rooms spotless cleaned every day. Food amazing portions so big. Definitely value for money and more, rooms big and spacious. It’s not to far from the main strip due to its location it’s quiet and so relaxing just what we needed. They also have there own car hire, boat trips, we could go on and on We were so looked after, we will be coming back next year. Xx
Lovely relaxing holiday
Stayed there during the first week of July 2026. Lovely clean and modern hotel. Stayed B&B as we like to eat in different places and sample the local cuisines. Breakfast was plentiful and had a great amount of choices. The only negative is the road from the hotel to the resort. The road is about a quarter of a mile long uphill and has no pavement. Had several near misses with coaches and trucks walking on the road at night back to the hotel.
