We have just finished a 10 day holiday in room 402 a room with a private pool from start to finish its been a brilliant holiday and stay in this hotel. Staff are very friendly,can not do enough for u and go above and beyond.The rooms are cleaned everyday day, with fresh bedding fresh towels each time,the room was left spotless each time.The bed was comfy, the shower was powerful and hot water every day,which was good. The food was good,the over all service and experience within this hotel is excellent. I couldnt find a fault at all with the hotel... we will be booking again at this hotel. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful holiday.

Excellent
The hotel for a bed and breakfast is brilliant. We stayed in a tree house with beautiful decor completely private. A beautifully sized pool and a lovely shower. The tree house is built around an olive tree which slightly covers the windows which is open. When you walk in you get the wow factor. It's much better in real life than the picture It does not obscure the wonderful view of the sea but gives you privacy at the same time Dionisis and family can't do enough for you. I totally recommend staying there.

We return home today after a wonderful stay at Zante Calinica Hotel.
The hotel is perfect in every way and allowed us to unwind to enjoy a relaxing week.
We were made very welcome by Dionisis and his wonderful team.
The rooms are very clean, spacious and thoughtfully decorated which is themed throughout the whole hotel, beds very comfortable, good hair dryer and excellent air con which is always a plus.
We spent a couple of days by the pool and enjoyed excellently prepared food, bar has a full choice of quality beers, wines and Prosecco and very good Spritz cocktails - served in lovely glasses.
Lovely area by the bar to relax and chill on fabulous bean bag lounging chairs.
Breakfast is served in the dining area which is plentiful with a great choice of cooked eggs, omelettes, fried, scrambled along with the usual bacon, sausages etc. cereal, fruit and yogurt and excellent choice of pastries ! Coffee very good.
We hired a quad through Dionisis and had a great 2 days exploring the beautiful Island is Zakynthos.
Overall a fabulous stay in a lovely family run hotel located ideally for the town and beach just a few minutes walk away with lots of great bars and restaurants to sample traditional Greek cuisine. Would definitely recommend and we hope to return with our family and their partners in September.
Treehouse accommodation with a view!
I have travelled to Zayknthos for 6 years, the last 3 years ive stayed at this hotel 6 times. Beacuse it has become a home from home, the family run hotel have become like friends. They are incredible at this hotel and are always there when needed, If something is needed they will always do what they can to achieve it. And being just on the very edge of Tsilivi town is an absolute bonus, as is lovely town with many thing to do and many choices of restaurants to eat at. Its an absolute must to stay at this hotel (especially in there tree house accommodation).
A great two week break
Have recently returned from a 2 week break at this hotel. For us it ticked all the boxes. Very friendly staff Lovely clean room,with very regular bedding and towel changes .good B/fast choice.Nice pool , On the edge of town ,but only walking distance to plenty of bars and tavernas .
