A beautiful hotel and gardens with good hardworking staff.
Positives first. A beautiful modern hotel.very clean and a chilled vibe. Some people were claiming the sunbeds early but not a problem as there's plenty of them. Staff were pleasant. They were the same staff in everyday whilst we were there and they work long and hard,on the go till their shift ended. Rooms was lovely and clean with free use of a/c,safe,robes and slippers, cleaned everyday if needed. Pool area maintained everyday,clean and relaxing. Elias and his staff where very courteous and professional throughout.
A couple of negatives are the breakfasts are the same everyday,not much variation. For a 4* hotel it would be nice to change it every other day,very boring The quality of breakfast was ok but not 4*. Fresh melon and kiwi was daily however tinned fruit cocktail and pineapple wasn't appealing. Sliced processed meat and tasteless tomatoes with tasteless jars of sliced beetroot. There's an amazing fruit/veg shop 100m away with gorgeous and massive toms and other goods that could of been used. Also the bowls of honey figs/cherries/oranges in syrup aren't covered so there was a lot of flies landing in or around them. The music around the pool was a bit random,a lot of remixed 80s tunes and weird dance music played quite loud most of the time.even in your room with the sliding door closed. It was quite loud. Take earplugs also as the corridors to the rooms are marble ( beautiful) but you can hear every footstep/conversation and door open/locking/closing. It's a 15 mins walk to the centre of the resort with canditas Canadian bar and Sandra's bar on the way,they're both friendly and welcoming. paths are quite uneven and crumbling. kerbs are very high for those with kids or wheelchairs and a lot of the time you have to walk on the road as the paths are slanted badly or in a state of disrepair or have trees/bushes in the way. Once in the town there's loads of bars and shops ( every shop sells the same stuff) and beautiful restaurants. Be careful of all the vans/mopeds and quad bikes as they just drive on whatever side of the rd they want. The roads are busy and noisy.

Love love love it, staff are so friendly, manager is a lovely character, very clean and food is beautiful.

10 day stay
Second visit to this lovely hotel, staff amazing, rooms clean, pool area spotless, shuttle bus to the beach x3 daily, food exceptional, my friend had hurt her back on our last two days, hospital treatment was required, the owner was so understanding of her needs , gave us a wheelchair so we could still enjoy the pool area , helped us with our departure, his kindness was really appreciated by us, thank you so much , ,we both wish you and your lovely staff continued success , we will be returning ,
A few tweaks could raise this score
Overall a pleasant stay in a well presented and clean hotel. From previous reviews, I expected it to be friendlier than it was. The pool area is very busy, with people up at the crack of dawn to start towel wars. I really dislike this, and due to this went to the beach. We took advantage of the free shuttle which was really handy in the heat. I also didn’t like that you couldn’t even drink your own water round the pool. I understand about own food and alcohol, but soft drinks is a step too far. Also, holidaymakers were told this publicly! Finally, we had the previously referred to room 111, also sold as a pool view, which it isn’t. It was spacious and clean, and as there for only a week we didn’t complain, but it did leave a bitter taste. None of these gripes are new, but nothing seems to change. Like the title of this review, a few tweaks could turn this from pleasant to great. Sadly, won’t return.
Thoroughly enjoyable holiday
We have just had our second stay at the hotel and it will not be our last, we love it here. The Hotel has a lovely calm atmosphere with Ilias and his staff, Alex, Despina, Fotis and others doing all they can to give you a wonderful holiday. The rooms have all you need and are lovely and clean. The pools are great and you can always get a sunbed, the music is good and not too loud. The food available during the day is excellent, so is the wine and reasonably priced. Wish we were back there now Thank you Ilias for your hospitality it was much appreciated, 211
