Lovely hotel, staff are friendly and welcoming. Our first holiday as a couple and we loved the quiet location, but only a very short walk to the main part of the town. Would recommend getting a quad or a buggy to explore the island, we did both and it was well worth it. Not much of sitting by the pool all day kind of people so we only went to the pool once but the sun loungers are sooo comfy and has a lovely relaxing atmosphere around the pool. Always sun loungers available. We both had a back and leg massage at the spa (€50 each) tiny bit pricey but reflects the prices of the area- definitely worth the experience, it was very relaxing. The executive suite was really nice, we chose to upgrade when we booked the holiday initially for an extra couple of hundred euros and definitely worth it. Very clean, big shower- loved the open plan look. *Bring some cash for tourist tax and if you want a later check out. There are plenty of ATMs nearby.
Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff! Rooms are perfect and clean and the pool and bar area is extremely well set out, I’ve love every minute here at Park hotel, even had a candle wax massage in the spa which was amazing.
Me and my friend stayed here for 5 days and we didn’t wanna come home.
The hotel itself is about a 10 minute walk from Tsilivi centre and only a 15 minute taxi to Laganas and Zante Town.
Such a lovely atmosphere! This was my first time staying in an adults only hotel and I don’t think I could go back. So peaceful, no sunbed wars or screaming kids😂
The staff genuinely couldn’t have been better. They’re so polite and cannot do enough for you, which makes such a difference.
The drinks are all branded too! This was amazing for us as we’re both so fussy. Very rare do i see hotels serving Budweiser and Corona. I must however say the best drink was the frozen strawberry daiquiri! I wouldn’t like to count how many we consumed in the 5 nights😂
Overall, this was genuinely one of the best hotels I have stayed in. It’s just such a lovely place and i cannot praise the staff enough, we have made some really lovely friends😊🤍
Fabulous hotel, complete relaxation, spotlessly clean, the staff cannot do enough for you and are always on hand to help. Coffee after breakfast with the owner was a great insight to the island thank you Ilias for making us welcome. If you are after an adult only hotel you won't get better than this hotel, can't wait to return in September.

Improvements required listed below ;
Tourist tax, on arrival we were advised to pay tourist tax, we were expecting to pay 45 euros as this is what we recall jet 2 advising us. The owner basically said it’s 90 euros, we queried this with him politely and his response was rude and patronising. He basically laughed and said “no chance, prove it” and said we will need to walk to the local cash point up the road to get the money. I advised him that we didn’t have any euros, and that I could pay in uk cash, or on a card. Both weren’t an option!
Tourist tax continued, we attempted to use a few local points over the next 48hrs and all were out of order. We were then getting knocks on our hotel room door, and notes left asking us to pay the tax. At that point I went to reception and the lady advised me that we CAN pay in English which was originally declined by the owner on arrival.
The room was literally the worst room in the hotel in my opinion, room 330. It was on the top floor right at the back facing trees and grass, basically a shocking view. We were not offered a pool view as some other customers seem to have been. The balcony was unusable due to this.
Pool toilets - utterly disgusting, the doors don’t lock so you have to hold them closed with your hand when using. Toilet paper everywhere and broken flushers, just extremely poor and not in keeping with the rest of the hotel
Staff - some of the staff were lovely, some seemed to be very unhappy and scared to put a foot wrong. It seemed like a very controlled environment to work in which showed
Wasps - the top pool daily was hindered by wasps in it, and around it. Be careful when sitting on the edge or in general
Photos on jet 2 vs reality - the photos are very deceiving let’s say, the hotel looks brand new on the photos but in reality it’s looking a bit tired in areas especially the pool area
Water and crisps at pool - on two separate occasions we were advised by the staff that we couldn’t drink our own water at the pool or eat a packet of crisps. We were advised that the Hotel would get a fine if the inspector came in. We look this up on the Internet and this isn’t the case it appears to just be the Hotel policy albeit there were no signs up anywhere and we were not advised that we couldn’t bring a bottle of water down or some crisps from the hotel room.
pool bar food - I decided on numerous occasions to order the Hummus from the Pool bar, on arrival the Hummus had four small pieces of pita bread. I asked why there were only four pieces and the reply was that we have to order another pita bread at 2 euros if we want more. The member of staff in question even said she knows there isn’t enough pita bread, I replied and said well if you know there isn’t enough then why don’t you provide more to start with then? Very bizarre! Add the extra pita bread on at the start and stop being cheap skates.
Bar - the service at the bar isn’t great, sometimes you can be sat there waiting whilst watching other people sit down and get served before you. One occasion it took around 10 minutes to get served, this was an occasion we used as a test to see how long it would take !
towels in room - only changed every other day
Mattress and pillows - only 2 pillows which were lumpy and the mattress was extremely hard which gave me a bad back. Asked for 2 extra pillows which were provided but the bed should have had these on it to start with
