Nestled in Tsilivi, only 10 kilometres from Zakynthos International Airport and less than 7 kilometres from Zakinthos and within walking distance to the centre of Planos, this wonderful hotel is a perfect place for all those longing for a beachside holiday. Guests will find themselves within ease of access to a host of local businesses, beautiful beaches and numerous places of interest including a nearby waterpark. The resort offers cosy suites, double, triple and family rooms. The delightfully decorated guestrooms feature soothing tones and modern furniture evoking a homely atmosphere. The resort features a stylish restaurant serving delicious dishes and 2 bars for guests' added convenience. The youngest ones will enjoy plays at the children's area and a paddling pool. Patrons who wish to keep in fit may invigorate at the outdoor gym while those who seek total relaxation will delight in a sparkling pool or relax in lavish hotel garden.

3 star not 4 star Hotel
Not a four-star hotel — more like a three-star.
Having read other reviews, we were aware that the hotel tells guests the tourist tax must be paid in cash. This is not the case as we have previously paid the tourist tax by card at other hotels in Greece and we visit yearly.
Only one key card is provided per room. We should be treated like adults, not children. Having to return to a hot room after being outside in 32-degree heat is not pleasant.
The swimming pool was the biggest disappointment. The water turned our bikinis yellow. The manager insisted this was because people do not wash off their sun cream before entering the pool. This has never happened to us at any other hotel, so surely there must be an issue with either the chemical levels in the water or possibly colour discolouration from old pipework. Another guest we spoke to said that her hair had started turning green. Even the netting on our lilos were turning a shade of yellow. Very unpleasant and this needs to be looked into.
Only being able to change your towel every third day is ridiculous, especially after spending all day in the sun and sweating.
The buffet breakfast was OK at best. The food we purchased for lunch, however, was good.
The location is good, being close to the centre of Tsilivi and within easy reach of grocery shops.
The bedroom we were allocated was nice, although the fridge could have been colder.
Some of the sunbeds on the grass area look old and tatty and are in need of replacement. The sunbeds around the pool were comfortable. It was just a shame that the umbrellas are static and cannot be moved to provide shade when needed.
Unfortunately, the overall attitude of some of the staff also left a lot to be desired. The receptionist who checked us in seemed unhappy, and the manager came across as rather miserable.
Overall, there were some positives, particularly the location, room and lunch, but for a hotel advertised as four-star, we expected a much higher standard and better service.
Another Lovely Stay!
We had yet another lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had a lovely pool view from our room. The rooms were well equipped with air conditioning, a TV, an iron and a safe, and housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay.
The pool area was really nice and a great place to relax. The hotel is also conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk into town.
One thing worth noting is that there is one key card per room, which means the electricity and air conditioning cannot be left running unnecessarily when you're out for the day. We thought this was a sensible approach.
Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return!

We were treated like VIP guests
I have seen a few reviews of people criticising this hotel and it's staff, but I can honestly say my family and I were treated like VIP from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble, and any issues we had were resolved quickly - namely a problem with the safe in our room. The owner was funny and welcoming, and the receptionists always greeted us when we were coming and going. Yes, some of the housekeeping team were quiet, but they always smiled and said hello back when we spoke to them.
The location of the hotel was ideal for us. Close enough to town for restaurants and shopping, but far enough that we didn't hear any loud music or raucous. It's only a 10 min walk into the town, where you can find plenty of restaurants to choose from. There was no entertainment at the hotel, which suited us fine. We prefer a quieter, more chilled atmosphere.
The pools were clean and well maintained, perfect for a dip when the heat got a bit too much. The hotel asks that you only consume food and drink bought from them at the pool area, which is standard practice for Greece. Anyone who has issues with this clearly isn't accustomed to the Greek islands.
The fact this was an adults only hotel was the main appeal for us. No kids screaming or ball games in the pool. Perfect for a relaxing break.
Breakfast at the hotel was more than adequate. Plenty of options to choose from and as someone who is lactose intolerant, they were more than happy to accommodate me. All I had to do was ask. I posted on a Tsilivi Facebook page asking about milk alternatives and the owner had seen it, so he was full of advice and information on my arrival at the hotel.
I would happily return to this hotel and would recommend it. A special shout out to the housekeeping lady who cleaned our suite - sadly I didnt get her name, but she was incredibly friendly and amazing at her job. She really made our day each time we saw her.
Amazing holiday at this hotel perfect location and amazing team.
Here now just a few days left and cannot fault this hotel. We have had an amazing holiday the team here are amazing really friendly and all work so hard. The hotel is spotless and special shout out to the lady who has cleaned our room every day. We upgraded to a suite which has been wonderful. All in all a great holiday and we will definitely return.
Second year visiting this hotel
The park hotel is wonderful, the owner and staff are so friendly and professional, the pool and amenities are clean and well maintained. It's a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel to main strip where the bars and restaurants are located. And a 10-15 minuite walk to the beach which is mainly sandy with clear warm waters. The breakfast buffet is lovely with lots of different choices, the drinks and food are well priced at the pool bar, plenty of different sports on the TV for sports lovers. We could not of asked for a better hotel for our lovely holiday we will be returning here again in the future
