Cocoon bar’s staff is very bad
The hotel is beautiful, but the service at the poolside restaurant was very disappointing. The staff were extremely slow and inattentive. They often forgot our orders, and sometimes no one came to take our order at all. Even when we tried to get their attention, they rarely responded. Unfortunately, the pool restaurant staff came across as unmotivated and lazy, which really affected our overall experience.
Relax and recharge
The spa facility is so great, and the view up there, wow! I loved the yoga classes, which are complementary to the stay. Such a relaxing holiday.

Perfect place to stay. Everything is first class.
The Yoga classes were perfect.. Nausica was very helpful, patiently guiding me through my first class.
Zen
Amazing place, only day 1 so far and already feel so relaxed and zen. The yoga teacher Mausicaa is fabulous, her class was excellent this morning and have signed up for the rest of the week!
