Nice stay
We stayed here briefly for a wedding. The hotel is nice, although it can get quite busy at times by the pool. The highlight was definitely the beautiful and serene spa. Nasséra, the Spa Manager, was lovely and very professional. She took the time to show us around and kindly arranged access to the cave indoor pool for us. Unfortunately, we couldn’t book a treatment as the spa was fully booked that day, but we would have loved to experience one!
Back, neck and head massage
Fantastic massage! Thanks really worked on the problem area of my back ensuring pressure was just right. Very knowledgeable about best treatment for me.

Amazing massage and body wrap
I had a Cretan massage and body wrap with Alexandra. The treatment was excellent, she listened to the issues I told her at the start but was also clearly looking at my bodies reaction to guide her work. It was relaxing whilst still feeling beneficial. The atmosphere was very calming too. All staff at the spa are very friendly.
Lovely hotel but ....
Lovely hotel but more 4 than 5*. Food at breakfast whilst plentiful was always lukewarm despite being brought to staff attention at reception. The junior suite pool was disappointing no hand rail and the mattress on the deck no good if you have mobility issues! The area around the pool wasnt very clean. They should have a warning about it not suitable if you have mobility issues. Food was excellent but the lobster night is definitely not worth the money! All staff were wonderful, too many to mention. No entertainment at all despite being advertised! A nice hotel but not 5*
