Contessina Suites and Spa

We recently had a 4 night stay at Contessina Suites and would highly recommend this hotel. The attention to detail from check in to check out was amazing. Great location within walking distance to restaurants, shops etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel very clean and had a peaceful atmosphere. We stayed in a private pool room with our own terrace area/sun loungers which we loved! Price of our stay was possibly a bit on the high side but nevertheless we had a great stay. Thank you!

Very good couples massage by Iordanis and Léonie. Good pressure, very discrete and adjusted the pressure where needed. Enjoyed it very much!

From entering reception on our arrival and being met by the lovely Maria and a glass of sparkling wine, it has been one of the best hotels we have stayed in across the Greek Islands. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff and the overall service during our ten night stay has been of an exceptional standard and the staff team are an asset to the hotel. The rooms and pool area are cleaned daily and your room is replenished with water and fresh pool towels daily. Of an evening time the housekeeping staff do a turn down service and leave you a small chocolate or sweet which is a nice touch. The food on offer at breakfast is plentiful catering to everyone’s taste and dietary needs. Besides the hot and cold buffet they have a small selection on a menu freshly cooked to order at no extra costs as well as a selection of freshly made coffees or frappes. You can order snacks and drinks throughout the day either on the app from your sun bed or at the bar. Unlike other hotels we have stayed in you can also bring your own drinks and snacks to have around the pool area. They bring a selection of fresh fruit daily and little shots of different drinks around the pool area to offer guests, which again adds that extra touch to your holiday. The pool area has a mixture of sun beds and what I can describe as bean bags for two and like a bean bag sun bed for one. We always found a place to sun bathe around the pool. The hotel itself is located a five minute walk from the main street where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from all reasonably priced. We did the day excursion with the hotel to the Organic Farm, Ship Wreck and Blue Caves this excursion is worth the money, the hotel make you a packed lunch with a sandwich, cake and fruit of your choice. You are picked up by the hotels transport and driver called Steve, his knowledge of the island and information he gives during the excursion is fantastic. The day we went on the trip there was only the two of us and due to the boat coming back early he took us to one of the highest points on the island overlooking Zante town. The tour itself from beginning to end was amazing and we really enjoyed it and the company of Steve. During our stay we had a massage treatment at the spa. Both Leonie and Iordanis were professional and excellent masseuse and masseur and we left feeling totally relaxed. I would recommend a stay at this hotel you will not be disappointed and will enjoy your stay and overall holiday.
