Ideal for beach vacationers, this hotel lies in Amboula, just a few steps from the sandy beach. There is a bus stop right next to the building. It is about 6 miles to Zakynthos (ZTH) Airport. The hotel has an elevator and features 161 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A laundry service and a lounge are available. The hotel offers a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. The standard amenities of some rooms include a balcony or terrace, providing extra room for relaxation. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A flatscreen television with satellite channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable vacation. A hairdryer is provided in the bathrooms. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products.

My sister and i came for 2nd visit, i had a lovely experience with my facial, my sister felt relaxed and calm. Thanos was very professional and attentive. Thank you so much!
Brilliant stay
Great hotel stay, great service and areas. I stayed in the My Favourite Club section which is definitely worth the upgrade. Had a massage by Erida which was incredible.
Amazing hotel
Simply amazing.
Clean, fresh hotel with amazing staff.
Room: clean, spacious and bright. Hotel staff came everyday to clean it.
Food: delicious… great selection of salads, meat and sides.
Entertainment: bars, snack bars, 3 pools, night programs
Sea: doesn’t have a beach as such, however you can access the sea directly from the hotel, which was just a few steps from the main pool area
There is a few restaurants, shops and rental places just around the corner. So if you fancy a trip to see Blue Caves or turtles, there is no problem at all
Staff: every single member of staff was absolutely amazing. Friendly, welcoming, professional and always smiling. Reception guys, waiters, bar staff, even the maintenance guys were top.
Special thanks to Anna from the restaurant, who was always smiling and helpful and Mr. Aleksander - your customer service and optimistic approach made our fantastic holiday even better. Thanks. We’ll be back :-)
Would have been 3* if we hadn’t paid extra for “my favourite club”
Location is great: short walk to a rocky beach, quiet but a couple of tavernas nearby. Staff very friendly. Food was …average. Often ran out of popular items like bananas at breakfast, sesame bagels, baklava etc. wine at buffet was fairly undrinkable. Lot’s of pasta that you put your own sauce on, chips ( even at breakfast!). Presentation just wasn’t very appetising. Not much variety between lunch & dinner nor between different days. À la carte restaurant only changed their menu once a week although there were 4 different mains on offer including 1 fish & 1veg. Our first meal there was very good but the second was awful . Too many average cheese dishes as a starter (incl hot rubbery cheese!) then both our mains were very dry & tasteless. Be aware this is a 2 tier resort & we were so glad we paid the extra for my favourite club. If we had not, the evening entertainment would have been loud in our room every night until 10:30pm. No access to the 2 infinity pools nor to the sunbeds that overlooked the sea. Our room was great with a lovely sea view. We had also had some premium liquor brands included as well as a seperate dining area at the buffet. Overall the property is well- maintained but the quality of the food really brings it down. We ate out 4 times.

A perfect holiday
Fantastic location, amazing customer service and views and sunsets to die for. Can't wait to return next year. We saw turtles swimming in the bay. The sea, with the added bonus of a jetty with steps to get in was perfect for a float around to cool off with the fishes.
