Went to Greece for my daughters wedding. We paid for all inclusive.
We arrived and as we had a disabled member in our party was told we would have an upgrade, well it most certainly was not. In comparison to another party for the wedding, staying at the same hotel, their room was immaculate.
Food very basic not many options but tasted nice. Alcohol, what alcohol? The only decent drink was the beer. Now I dont expect branded drinks but to be told only whiskey, beer, voda and 3 mixers was all that was available and none of them tasted of alcohol at all. (Except the beer)
Location was good local to a lot of shops and restuarants, and the beach. Now here is the kicker, the cafe/restaurant directly outside is owned by majestic, receipts have the hotel details. This place has great food and drinks and were exceptional. This is not included with your hotel stay, you dont even get a discount but the vodka tastes like vodka and lots of options and great tasting desserts.
Rooms were clean but we had a few cockroaches visitors, that were very friendly.
Pool was ok but on a few occasions rubbish at the bottom of the pool. Start of the day, not towards the end.
I dont expect much when booking all inclusive but I do expect alcoholic drinks, other than beer. I also expect more for paying 1600 for 1 adult 1 child for a week.
Avoid at all costs.

other reviews of this hotel with rude staff and ridiculous restrictions, cold and restricted food are absolutely true it was like paying for a prison experience.
Cleanliness of hotel is poor, staff are absolutely rude being verbually abused and constantly watched and as for ALL INCLUSIVE - it is anything but all inclusive.
All I can say is the reviews and photos speak for themselves they are not a 4* hotel and it would be generous to even give 1*.

Start from the beginning,
This is a hostel not a hotel..
The front desk staff aren't helpful.
The rooms are really basic.
No kettle.
The tv shows only news channels x 6
All the buildings are in poor condition.
There's NO lifeguard at the pool ever.
The food is poor and repetitive. You will wat out.
Hot drinks really basic.
The dinning room , like a school dinner hall .
The drinks are very weak, the bar man is not a happy chappy.
I asked for a roll at 10 45 as I was going out, told no I had to wait till 11.... They were sat there..
There's No gym although it says there is on the Web. The gym went after covid...
Room service consists of dropping of clean sheets , you make the bed.
No entertainment at all..
Decent bits.
The wifi works .. The ice cream ..

This hotel is honestly one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff are very rude and not helpful at all. They don’t have basic facilities available for all guests such as irons. Water was not hot and WiFi did not work in the rooms. Food and drink were terrible and very limited. Only bonus is that it’s right on the strip if you are in Greece for a party holiday. Other then that it is very horrible

Location Super location near to everything Atmosphere Pleasant atmosphere Rooms very clean and sheets changed daily Food was good if you dont fill your plate with everything daily A little roydy for the first few days but hey enjoy your holiday Staff very good dispite other reviews ( in fact very good and friendly ) Pool great and would deffo return this time of year Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable first time in Zante
