In addition the poorly constructed bathroom; inevitably leading to a flood of water covering the room when you come out of the shower; the so called ‘air con’ that blows out warm air at embarrassingly and painfully low power; the horrendous options of slop/food that are only available in impossibly short slots; the lack of housekeeping or room maintenance and many more, this hotel is an outright scam.

The staff are evil, rude and ultra aggressive. We had an incident where one of our drunken group members attempted to get into the room without a key, and stupidly ended up damaging the latch.

The hotel were completely useless and formulated their own story, although blaming it on us, in order to exploit us. They had multiple members locked in a room with a big bouncer having his shoulders on the boys so they couldn’t leave. They ended up demanding for €2000 in cash in 4 hours, in order to get passports back and evict 3 guests without getting the police involved. We finally settled with that and deemed our safety as the most important thing.

This hotel is super sketchy and their aggression and exploitation needs to be avoided at all costs.

Please save yourself the extortionate price and stay away from this hell hole.

So where do I start......if you have booked this hotel please change your booking, avoid at all cost!!!!

We arrived and was greeted by the rude receptionist asking for all passports. These are kept for the duration of the stay - This is their insurance as if you damage anything they will fine you and with hold your passport until your fine is settled. We was not given any information like food times or where things were. Staff very rude and not willing to help.

The room - very basic room with only one chair on balcony even though we travelled as a party of three. Room had a very horrible smell, aircon didnt work, mould all in shower and water pressure was non-existent. Bins never got changed and we had to ask for clean towels. Bed sheets were never changed either. The younger ones dont really go out until midnight and then they are banging on doors playing loud music early hours, shouting and screaming. We spoke to the receptionist about the noise and disturbance and they just shrugged their shoulders and ignored what I said.

Drink & Food - We arrived to the pool bar very hot and bothered after travelling as was middle of the day to be greeted by the most miserable and rude barman to be told on the AI thy only offer Ouzo vodka and Whiskey and pre made cocktails in a drinks dispenser that were mainly syrup based. The soft drinks were only lemonade and coke that were flat and wasnt very nice to drink. We asked about the snacks they had to be told its 1 per person per day - greasy pizza slice or a filled roll with ham or cheese (like you would put in a kids lunch box) that was all available for snacks and when they are gone they are gone and will not get refilled that day. We went for dinner and well I wouldnt feed that to my dog. One bowl of salad that that was all brown and mushy. Chips cold and hard. some sort of chicken on bone but looked more like a rat. There was a couple of other options of slop that we couldnt tell what it actually was. Dessert on offer was watermelon or feta cheese. Breakfast was the same salad bowl, watermelon and feta cheese from night before. The eggs were grey in colour. I was put off when I seen the chef using his bare hands handling the food in the trays and then wiping sweat off his forehead and then carried on handling the food. It was at that point where I refused to eat and drink at the hotel.

Hotel/Location - This hotel is very dated and needs some serious upgrade. Rubbish everywhere, cups all in the pool. Tables absolutely filthy and wasnt cleaned while we was there. Sunbeds poor quality and mainly broken. The pool had this green scum around the edge and would cling onto your skin and swimwear turning anything it touched green. This is right in the middle of Laganas strip. Its full of teenagers who is obviously therefor a party vibe. This is definitely not a hotel for couple or families. We went down to the spa to see what they had to offer and it again was absolutely filthy. The smell of mould and sewage hit you instantly and was very unpleasant. Nothing that resembles a spa at all.

We paid quite a bit for this hotel and was very disappointed as what was advertised was not what we received. This was advertised as a 4* and i wouldnt even say its a 2* at the very best. in my opinion it needs to be closed down and full refurb. We had to eat out for breakfast lunch and dinner. Also brought drinks from local shops as there was no option to purchase any other drinks at the hotel. This added such a huge extra expense. If you are due to come here I would seriously reconsider and avoid at all costs.
