Wonderful Hotel
This hotel was absolutely amazing and I'm shocked to have read some of the recent negative reviews.
The staff are all incredibly hard working, friendly and respectful. Everyone from managers to cleaners, maintenance staff and waiters/waitresses greeted us with a friendly hello and if we needed anything, they were able to help no problem.
The food was very very good. Yes could be a little repetative, BUT it was cooked so well I looked forward to certain dishes if I saw them again, which was only occasionally, as there was plenty of variety. My extremely fussy daughter found plenty of things to try and enjoyed many different meals. The snack bar is good. Drinks can be a little repetative, but it's all very nice.
THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOTEL. I was worried when we came to Laganas because it is known for it's partying and the Laganas strip. Having come with a young family I was relieved to find this hotel offered a relaxed, laid back atmosphere. Many couples and families stayed here from different countries. There are no kids activities etc as such, but the children were welcome and it was a safe environment for them.
If I were to return to Laganas I would absolutely stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend it, if you want a nice hotel, with very good food and friendly, hardworking staff in lovely grounds, this is a great place to stay.
If you are here for the party scene, this probably isn't the right hotel for you.

DO NOT STAY!!
Absolutely terrible experience.
To begin with, the staff were incredibly rude upon our arrival, demanding that we sign a waiver with a very poor attitude. This immediately made us feel unwelcome.
After this, we went for lunch at around 2:15 pm. One of the hotel staff members came up to us and demanded that we arrive earlier next time, even though we had arrived before dinner had finished. This left us feeling uncomfortable within minutes of checking in.
On one of the days, I was woken up to multiple members of staff inside our room, with two female employees simply standing in the doorway. This should never happen in any hotel, let alone one advertised as 5-star. Furthermore, staff repeatedly opened and closed our room door throughout the morning while trying to speak to us, despite us being asleep. This resulted in a very disrupted night's sleep.
There were also no towels provided in our room upon arrival, forcing us to go to reception to ask for some. We were met with more rudeness and were simply told to "go up and find some." I'm not sure how this hotel has been awarded a 5-star rating, because based on our experience it was nowhere near that standard. It felt much closer to a 3-star hotel.
Nearly all of the staff were extremely rude throughout our stay, with the exception of the bartenders—Romeo, in particular, was friendly and welcoming. The night receptionist constantly gave us dirty looks whenever we walked through the hotel, which only added to the unpleasant atmosphere.
Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. The staff were consistently rude, the food was poor and repetitive, with almost the same meals being served every day, and the overall level of service fell far below what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. First of all the "all inclusive" didnt include everything within the hotel and drinks were only served until 11pm. On top of this the food included was not nice at all with some dishes being inedible. This was not the only problem within the hotel as the hospitality was terrible and all of the staff members were extremely rude and dismissive towards tourists. All of this made me feel marginalised.
I also need to include that when one of my roomates accidently caused damaged in the hotel they held us hostage threatening to put us into prison (we would of missed our flights back home). This incident sums up the hotel because it was specifically the manager who had such aggressive and hostile mannerisms. Some of his words were "looks like you guys are not flying back tomorrow your going to be in greek prison".
After this event I felt extremely scared and paranoid throughout the rest of my trip considering such a small accident can result in being held hostage by the corrupt police and manager.
In conclusion I would simply avoid this hotel AT ALL COSTS due to the factors I have explained and pick a different resort in laganas.
Disaster destination
The least inclusive all-inclusive I’ve ever been to, the staff were incredibly hostile and even the cleaners not did provide a warm environment. The food was incredibly lacklustre and there was about 6 drinks to choose from that did not cost extra in the all-inclusive package. One good thing was the proximity to the beach but apart from that, absolutely nothing positive to say as well as security being very rude to us, would not recommend to anyone.
Hotel could be more welcoming
The location and cleanliness of the hotel was great. Rooms a good size with great shower and bathroom. Sea View from balcony and that's where the positives end! I had contacted the hotel prior to our visit as I require gluten free food. I was informed that this wasn't a problem as everything would be labeled. It wasn't. The drinks were awful, not just unpalatable but horrendous. Even in the rooftop lounge we were served in plastic glasses. The entertainment was rubbish, so bad that we ventured out most evenings.
