Just returned from our second visit of the year, and our 14 year on the trot to this wounderful hotel. Obviously we enjoy going there and you may think that makes me biase on my options on this hotel but I like to give an honest review . If your looking for a chilled out relaxing holiday this hotel is for you. From the moment you arrived you are welcomed with smiles 😃 all the staff are truly pleased to welcome you. The hotel is spotlessly cleaning. Our room was cleaned to a high standard with clean sheets and towels every day. Some evenings housekeeping returned to give us clean towels for the morning which was handy if you wanted a morning shower and they would leave a chocolate on your pillow. But this service was a bit hit and miss it would have been nice to have it every evening. The housekeeping staff were amazing if you needed anything eg extra pillows etc it was sorted straight away. The evening entertainment was limited but that just goes with the relaxing vibe of the hotel. The evening terrace is lovely with cosy furnishings but in my option it isn't big enough for the size of the hotel and a few evening we had to sit inside which was a shame . The location is absolutely amazing situated on the beautiful natural protected beach which is the nesting ground for the loggerhead turtles . This week we were lucky enought to see a nest hatch which was humbling . The sea is crystal clear warm ans shall perfect for children. The hotel has five restaurants, a buffet style and 4 a la cart restaurants where the food is of good quality don't forget to go to the meza luch time restaurants for traditional Greek food the food is amazing. One tip these restaurants do get booked quickly, I emailed the hotel before our arrival to book and they were more than helpful arranging our reservations. But undoubtedly what makes this hotel stand out is the staff who go above and beyond to make your stay special. Nickos the general managed could not have been more welcoming, you saw him ever day walking around the hotel chatting with guests making sure everyone was happy and had everything we needed. Such a lovely kind approachable manager. special shout out to Ellie, Anna, Leni, Wayne, and all the incredible girls and boys in the dinning room . I know this hotel has had some bad reviews lately especially regarding it being a 5* accommodation. And I agree if your comparing it to a 5* luxury hotel in London or Europe it's not. It's a greek 5* but don't let put you off . If your looking for a very clean hotel with good food an amazing location chilled and relaxing this is for you.

This hotel is absolutely outstanding! We have had the most amazing holiday… the location on the beach and pool right next to each other makes it the perfect location. The service from the staff has been exceptional… they made our holiday very special. From the moment we arrived we knew this was going to be a wonderful place. Thank you to everyone at the hotel … you made our holiday unforgettable and we will definitely be back next year. I would highly recommend staying here as you will fall in love with The Domes and Zante.
