Great Family hotel
Predominantly a hotel aimed at families, the site is spacious and was very clean and tidy when we stayed. Location is good and literally next to the airport so no long transfers (noise from the airport is not an issue). Our room was clean and adequate (kettle and hairdryer supplied). Housekeeping came in each day. The bed is on the hard side but thank you Vivian for sorting this, much appreciated. There are a few dining options (we were AI) but after a week it does get a bit repetitive, although plenty of choice. Two minute walk to the ‘strip’ with plentiful bars and restaurants. There were bus stops along the road to Zakynthos town/Laganas but not sure how reliable they are. Car hire is relatively cheap (out of season). All in all okay, if you want happy and entertained kids this is the place for you!

Loud all inclusive with very average food - we are certainly not the target group.
It’s a matter if preference. Certainly, not the place for us. Very loud all inclusive with mediocre food. Drinks OK and staff very friendly. If you value what you eat and don’t need a pile of food per day, opt for local Taverns. Overall, it was convenient location on arrival to the island but I would not repeat it.

Great Hotel and staff, But…
We booked the Hotel last minute when our other Holiday fell through. We instantly loved the hotel. Each block has its own pool plus the main pools and water parks which are all great. 4 different restaurants to choose from (2 require bookings) and all are great with a nice selection of food each meal + plus the snack bars and drinks bars which are great. Hotel, Restaurant and bar staff are mostly happy and friendly and the evening entertainment staff are fun.
Only downside is the awful Arcade on site (run separately from hotel) Most machines dont work and just take your money. Those that do work are just a scam. And the worst part are the Arcade staff who are incredibly rude.
The bad arcade experience will still not put me off revisiting the hotel though as it really was a great last minute treat.
Not 4 star
I watched this video before I came here. I'm here now (oct 26). It's a nice place, people are very friendly. Unfortunately the rooms are very dated, definitely not 4 star. The towels are all thread bare, I wouldn't clean the floor with them. Our air conditioner was leaking on the first night. Reported it the next day and they still haven't looked at it after 2 days. Reported it again. Room is very cold as the door doesn't close properly. With only a very thin sheet in the bed. The lift in our area is extremely dirty. Not the best. Not everything is bad though. Food is nice, people are nice. Just not 4 star at all
Great family holiday
Just back from week with 3 kids 13)11)8 weeks had a great time!
Positives Food, lots of options,lots of veggie options, yes a bit repetitive by end of the week but I feel that's because so much choice every day! Lovely salads every day, grilled pork/chicken, pasta dishes, noodles, sushi etc Kids menu not as good as other places we have been. Chips every day and pasta, chicken nuggets or fish fingers. Restaurants available to book on site Italian and burger restaurant both delicious and absolutely worth it. Book on the app. Great location, 10 minutes from airport, 15min walk to beautiful beach, we did this most days. Sea warmer than pools and full of fish! Waterpark was great fun, kids loved it. Main pools cold but didn't put us off. My middle child bumped his head coming off a slide and lifeguard and lady at reception were very kind and helpful. Entertainment was a bit hit and miss but maybe as end of season,.African night and quiz night were the highlights. Rooms were clean, towels and toilet rolls replaced as and when needed. Cleaner came to make beds and mop daily. Felt really safe for kids to come and go to apartment themselves. Staff all very friendly and efficient Best part for us was no sun longer wars! Maybe as off season so quieter but noone was putting towels out, we could move around all day to follow the sun or avoid the wasps 🤣 meant we could actually sleep in some.days!
Negatives Wasps...not sure what can really be done about this, they weren't as bad as I feared in that they are not around the restaurant. They are everywhere around the outdoor bar, ice cream and waterpark/pools. Family of 5 and none of us got stung but we didn't take any drinks/snacks back to our loungers which did spoil the holiday a little bit. Heard lots of other people being stung and my eldest is terrified of them so not very relaxing! Kids club, my 3 were keen to go but didn't want to go back. Maybe just a bad day they tried but nothing much going on and no attempt to include them or activities suggested
All in all we had a great stay and would recommend.
