Lovely atmosphere and exceptional staff
We loved the hotel’s location: Kalamaki was a nice mix of beautiful beach and quiet strip with shops and restaurants to visit: Kalamaki itself is close to Zante town and we thought it was a great base to explore the island. The atmosphere was family orientated with loads of activities for kids preferred to stay with us though). The pools were lovely and the hotel was so clean throughout. The staff are incredible: I can’t fault any of them as they were beyond friendly and great with wee ones. The rooms are basic but clean and the balconies were fab. Air con was great. We had a duplex family room which worked really well for us. The food was okay: we never intended to eat in the hotel every night but if this is your expectation you may find it very repetitive. The Greek and Italian restaurants were lovely. Burger a la carte was unfortunately horrible: we couldn’t eat our food as it was of such poor quality so would give it a miss! Overall, we loved our stay: the staff and pools were fabulous. Food did let it down a bit, but for the price we paid we were happy to eat out 3/7 nights.
Amazing weeks holiday didn’t want to leave
From start to finish a lovely stay. Staff was really nice relaxed. Food in all inclusive there was always something for our whole party a couple of night we ate out to have a change. Loved all the fresh fruit and afters. What a clean hotel cleaners everywhere all the time. Waterpark amazing for all ages . So many pools to go in also with different depths to suit all. Would defo go again.

Give it a try with young kiddies
We visited as day guests €36 for 2 adults out 3YO was free, the pools are clean and well looked after there is a large under cover sun bed area, the sun beds round the pool are highly sort after so if you want it get there early ! But there are plenty so no need to fight, the slides are used in sequences due to water pressure, the splash park is great ! Lots of life guards on duty The wave pool when on lasts about 20 mins Good order for day guests it odd but it can be done and is decent for what it costs Take change for rides outside the park
7 day all inclusive family holiday
Just returned from a 7 day all inclusive family holiday. Overall we had a really good time. Positives: lots of different pools to chose from! Our 3 year old was able to go in a different pool most days. Splash park was fab. Fun park was a nice bonus (around 10euros to enter) but the staff there was so friendly especially Sona, she made such an effort with our daughter
Negatives: We ended up eating out (although we paid for all inclusive) due to the repetitive food choices but overall the food wasn't too bad. The drinks were cheap drinks which was disappointing but we brought our own drinks from the shop and didn't let it ruin the holiday
Now my biggest Negative was one lady on reception she was awful to my 70 year old Dad. My Dad wanted to book an island tour day trip but he can't use technology and couldn't book through the app therefore, he wanted to book it through the Jet2 Rep. He went to the Jet2 board to see what time the Rep was visiting the hotel that day but the time was not on there so he went to reception and asked the Lady if she knew what time the Jet2 Rep was coming that day. The woman on reception actually shouted at him and told him to go away and look at the board. My 70 year old dad is a quiet person, who never complains and only asked a simple question. This really upset me as there were no need for her to be so nasty and shout. He never ended up booking the island tour.
Apart from her all other staff was nice and friendly but due to how the receptionist treated my dad we would not return
Great family experience
Been here with my family for the second time. We are so delighted after a week here, totally we'll think about hitting this place for the third time. You'll find here an awesone staff that is always helpfull and supporive. Location includes numerous swimming pools for different audience - from kids to grown ups. Water park, activities, nearby beach - you wont be bored. You can enjoy everything till the very last moment till a taxi takes you to a nearby (10min ride) airport. Totally reccomended!
