This hotel enjoys a superb location, in one of the finest and most cosmopolitan areas of Zakynthos, surrounded by palm trees and colourful gardens. It is situated only 3 km from Zakynthos town and moments from the finest beaches on the island. For those who like to get out and about, the charming area of Argassi is well worth a visit. The hotel comprises of everything guests would expect from a contemporary hotel, delivered with tasteful luxury and unique personal character. Guests will find all they are looking for in each of the exquisitely appointed rooms with provide comfortable accommodation. Guests can relax by the pool or in the mature gardens with their palm trees, or enjoy sports and entertainment with the professional staff. It is also possible to go horse riding.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
The hotel is very nice and clean. From the moment we entered the restaurant, I noticed a particular staff member (Regino); he was on duty for breakfast, lunch, and even dinner, yet he showed no signs of tired —he kept smiling the entire time my sibling and I were dining. All the staff members were amazing, from the reception and bar teams to the housekeeping staff. Regarding the entertainment, it was a bit too loud; I hope the volume can be adjusted, as it was somewhat painful to the ears. As for the food—as is typical with all-inclusive packages—the menu was repetitive; while the food was tasty, it gets monotonous when staying at the hotel for two weeks.
We had an amazing time! Everything went very smoothly, and the staff were very helpful and lovely especially the receptionists Leo and Iliana! The hotel is in the middle of the town and theres shops and bars and restaurants all around the hotel. The rooms were spacious and lovely. The entertainment was 10/10 with Isabella and Abra, they made the whole experience!
Hotel is in the middle of Argassi, so easy to take a stroll out at night. We stayed in a deluxe room which was super modern and very comfy and clean. We had a room right by the bar so from 9-11pm it can get a bit noisy but didn’t bother us at all. Food was usual Greek AI buffet, hot and varied. Eating out was not cheap but as a family of 6, 6 main courses and a couple of drinks was between £110-£150. The Greeks are very generous and love a family. We loved chaplins restaurant and they treated us like royalty. Book a sea view table! AI drinks were ok our fav was iced coffee with a shot of ‘Baileys’. Pool was lovely but did seem to turn blonde hair and white clothing a shade of green! Entertainment team were fab and worked hard! It might not blow your socks off but those 2 deserve a medal for enthusiasm. Definitely do a turtle trip and banana beach and water park also great days out! Hard to top this holiday for value for money and entertainment for teens!
We are still here now! Amazing hotel and Amazing staff who work so hard to keep the whole hotel absolutley spotless. Every single member of staff were so helpful from check in, bar staff, cleaners, entertainment team and maintenance. Stayed in a deluxe room 2 adults and my little boy. Plenty space and everything you need. But bring coat hangers. Air con is included all day. We had a pool view room looking straight out onto the bar area which is great for us so our little one can sleep while we sit on the balcony and watch the entertainment. Pool area is spotless and never found a probelm getting a sun bed although there is people who out towels down by 7am. Plenty selection of food which is always hot. Drinks are great for all-inclusive. For a 3* this hotel is absolutely amazing and would recommend to anyone.
The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful.
The housekeeping staff tidied the room every day. The rooms are basic and our balcony was too small for the three of us, there were 2 chairs and a table, nowhere to hang washing and the balcony was sunk into the garden so we couldn't use the balcony wall.
The bar staff were efficient. The restaurant staff cleaned and tidied constantly, it was always clean but the food wasn't great, especially for kids. Good variety at breakfast, lunch was repetitive the dinner wasn't quite as bad so we ate out a few times. Also the all inclusive finishes at 11 even though the bar is still open.
The pool area has a lot of loungers, but if you don't get your towel on a sunbed at the start of breakfast you won't get a lounger. Guests put their towels down and 'reserve' them for the day. Most of the loungers have towels on them all day but are hardly used. There would be plenty of sunbeds if guests only used sun loungers when they were actually at the pool. It would also be good if some of the activities were at the bottom pool.
The animation/entertainment staff were great but the evening entertainment was poor, bingo, quizzes, karaoke, an average singer and a dull greek night.
