Where do I start with my review, the cons maybe as they were fewer than the pros, turning up at reception we were shocked by how much we had to pull out, it does state somewhere in the hotel details but when you add it all up we paid €340 euros before we put the key to the door, (you also pay for the fridge) the room was small but clean and adequate but the kettle was broken which they did replace and the door had no seal and the handle came off when you closed it from the outside, we were going to complain as the noise in long corridor was amplified massively, but we loved where the room was and decided we could live with the noise, now the pros, we loved the hotel’s atmosphere and lay out, it’s was extremely clean and the staff were all great, Panos and his team on the pool bar were exceptional at their work, the food from the snack bar was as good as the food we were paying more to eat in town, overall it was a great place to stay and would recommend staying here, especially if you have kids as the pools open till 10pm.

We arrived quite late to rude staff. We was unhappy with the hotel its very loud you get no sleep we then left the next day after paying 600 euros I asked for my money back but said I’d pay for one night stay where they refused even though I told them that we had a family emergency and we was flying back home. I said that I’m a single parent and I really needed the money however they said that they was keeping all the money and that I still owe them extra money, even though I wasn’t gonna be staying in the hotel any longer the staff were very rude. They made us feel very uncomfortable the pictures look so deceiving as the Hotel itself does not look like this. It’s very rundown very dirty very loud. The breakfast was awful. I paid them €600 in cash and I know that the staff kept my money and that it went to the staff member as I know that I could’ve been given a refund and not had to pay £600 for the whole day when I was happy to pay for one night’s day. It left me in the position where I couldn’t even feed my children while we were there.

What an amazing hotel! The rooms are comfortable with big beds and are spotlessly clean. The pool area is great with plenty of comfortable loungers, some are shaded so when it gets too hot there's always somewhere to escape the heat! The food and drink available from the poolside bar is exceptional, and prices are competitive. What really makes this hotel standout is the staff, everyone is so friendly and helpful and they can't do enough for you, a special shout out to the lads working in the bar, their attention and service was exceptional. This is a special place...we will be back!
